We were in Casper for Christmas this year visiting friends. The hotel was pretty much vacant. But, I always felt the staff was close by to tend to any of our needs. The check in and check out was fast and the clerk was very friendly. I don't think the humidifier on the HVAC worked. It was my first time to Casper and maybe I'm not acclimated to the dryness. But, all in all, the hotel was very comfortable.

My wife and I stayed at the Park Plaza Hotel and found it a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was easy to find and was very clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable for the wonderful room we had. We will definable stay at the Park plaza every time we are in Casper,Wy .
