Comfortable

The room was comfortable. The issue we had was that there was a state basketball tournament, so kids were running up and down the halls raising ruckus until midnight.

Smelly, Nosey and Offencsive

When I first arrive the front desk the clerks were having a heated argument over their drawers not balancing. The one clerk actually interrupted me checking in to the Hotel to argue with her. I asked if they would check me in so they could finish their argument without me having to listen to it. I ordered a 2 bed double room from Expedia. They gave me a king size. They informed me it was Expedia's fault that they gave me the wrong room. That,”Expedia always did this to them. “I had to rent another room for only 10 dollars off the original price. There were guest drunk by the poolside until 12:30. I call security twice before I could rest. I will try never to stay there again. I ask for non smoking the hall were filled with cigarette odor.

Older motel so I didn't expect too much.

Pros: The location was convenient, right off the interstate.
Cons: Improved room heating and availability of extra blankets would help.
Location: We were there for a basketball tournament, so we didn't look for any tourist attractions.
The room was clean and comfortable--not fancy but adequate. We booked 3 nights. The first two nights were fine. However, when we got to the motel late in the evening (11:30 pm) for our 3rd night, the room had not been cleaned. Oh well, we aren't that messy, so we could live with it. But, the room was chilly. The thermostat was set for 74, but the room temperature was 67. I called the desk and asked for an extra blanket. They didn't have any blankets available. Their solution was to suggest that we move to another room. We chose not to move because my husband was not uncomfortable. I covered up with a jacket and slept OK. By the next morning, the room temperature was 66. These were not major problems, just annoyances.

Good Place to Stay

Pros: Promptness in fixing room issues.
Location: Perfect location right of of I-25, right next to a McDonald's and a one minute drive to the event center.
This is an older motel, we couldn't find any elevators to help us get our luggage up the stairs but we survived. The fridge, tv, and microwave didn't work when we first got into our room. We called the front desk about this and the repairman was very prompt and had it all working within a matter of minutes. We were very impressed with the timely manner in which this was taken care of. The staff was really friendly and we felt very comfortable in our room. The motel was very quiet as well which helped us to have a couple of good night's sleep! I would stay here again. Thanks!

Very convenient

good nights sleep
