“Wasn't bad for a super 8”

I was way impressed on the quality of this motel, friendly people and they served a veggie tray and popcorn at night and for a cont. breakfast they had waffles and everything you would get a a top quality motel. I enjoyed the checkin too it was way fast didn't even need anything just my name expedia took care of eveything. Thanks alot. Will be sure to use you again

The room was very clean and nice. The staff were tremendous! They were extremely friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

If you feel tired in your way to Yellowstone, it is a great value motel, clean, well kept, nice service, at a very nice price.

“It did the job”

Super 8 West /Casper was in the perfect location; only two blocks from our daughter we were visiting. It was easy to find, had a full breakfast, and coffee in the rooms. The room we had was really small but didn't matter because we were only there to sleep. The bathroom was roomy though. The only negative was the bed and pillows which were not very comfortable but did the job. We may stay there if we go to Casper again.

“Clean and well priced.”

Friendly hotel staff, clean room and extremely well priced. Would definately stay again. Pleasantly surprised!!!

“Rude service”

I was very disappointed with the service. First of all, we were not told at the time of check-in that you have to put a deposit down to have your phone work in the room. The desk clerk was very rude. I've never had a problem with Super 8 before but I will disuade friends and family from staying at this particular one in the future.

“Not impressed”

Accommodations were very spartan. Wind ripped into the air conditioner from outside and I couldn't close it off completely due to age of the unit. And I hate that rubber sheet in the bed, which was always loose and bunching up. However, staff was very friendly and professional, and the amenities like the free breakfast in the morning and veggie munchies in the PM were much appreciated. It's OK if you're just passing through for one night, but for a longer stay, this is not the place: it's too far out of the activity centers of Casper and the Interstate.

“Good Enough”

This motel is close to the bowling alley and is the only reason I stay there. The blankets on the bed did not look clean, they will not make your bed if you leave any clothes or personal items on bed. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room and got a smoking room, yuck.
