Our cuisine offers traditional dishes in keeping with an international selection; it is based on three fundamental principles: absolute quality of food, respect of Mediterranean cuisine scents and tastes, innovation and restoration of traditional dishes.
The purpose is to make the most of territorial products exalting their taste through the search and the chromatic presentation of dishes, keeping a constant balance between the respect of Mediterranean classical cuisine’s tastes and the influence of contemporary chromatic taste.
The restaurant is reserved just to the hotel Guests and to the outside guests (on request).
The service includes a daily menu, a menu à la carte, a gourmet menu.
The « Wine List » includes national wines and wines of Campania which exalt the flavors of the dishes.
Grand Hotel La Medusa has a restaurant on site.

Bar
The swimming-pool Bar, situated in the middle of the citrus grove, with its terrace-gazebo, is a spacious open-air drawing-room. The informal and refined surroundings, the big easy-chairs, the chaises longues on the green lawn make this environment the ideal meeting-place for the hotel guests.
During the day it is possible to take a snack or a drink after a swim surrounded by pleasant music; at dusk it is possible to sip a good vintage wine, a champagne glass or an excellent aged rum, selected with care by our barman.
In winter time, the swimming pool Bar is replaced by the Lounge Bar.
The corner-sofa, the dim light, the sweet piano music become nice moments to be relished.
The Pool
The swimming-pool, situated in the backyard, is a real oasis of peace and tranquility for some moments of sublime idleness: the background music, the hydro-massage area with geysers and sun beds, the kindness of our barman will make your stay here a pure relax.
The area is equipped with beach-umbrellas, sun–beds and towels at the hotel guests' complete disposal, from the beginning of May until the middle of October.
Wellness and relax
Around the flowery spaces of the park, the open-air Fitness corner with Technogym equipment, represents an opportunity to keep oneself fit in an uncontaminated and healthy atmosphere.
The swimming-pool with hydro-massage area, the sun-beds, the beach-umbrellas... an occasion of certain and pleasant relax.
