Villa Dievole - Chianti Classico region, TuscanyPosted Jul 13, 2014
Location: If visiting here make sure you have a good sat nav, or plan the route on a very good map before hand, as can be a bit tricky.
This was our second time staying here, the first being 5 years ago as part of our Honeymoon tour of Italy. Just as memorable and enjoyable as the first time, and was perfect to be here to celebrate our 5th Wedding anniversary. The food and of course the wine were excellent, and the staff were truly lovely and welcoming people. Did I mention the wonderful wine ;).

Our favorite hotel in EuropePosted Jul 16, 2005
Magnificent views in a charming country setting. Excellent winery and restaurant on site. Lovely rooms, great service, good location for day trips to nearby Tuscan towns. Wish we had planned a longer stay-we will definitely return!

Wish we could have stayed longerPosted Jun 1, 2005
Stunning location, wonderful staff and service. Winery and restaurant on location, short drives to many interesting little towns. We had only four nights this trip but will definitely return for a longer stay.

What an incredible place. Villa Dievole is picture perfect in every way. The villa was completely renovated in 2003. Our room was an apartment. We had a living room, kitchen, fabulous marble bathroom and a good size bedroom with closets galore. It sits on the very highest hill of the vineyards, so the scenery is amazing. The staff was accomodating, the food and service in the restaurant was fantastic. You never have to leave!
