The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. The beds are comfortable with great linens. We find the area to be quiet even though we are just off the main road through town. We have stayed here on several occasions.

We’ve made this a frequent stop while travelling as it has super comfortable beds and is always quiet. There are a couple decent restaurants and grocery store in town and easy access to the local stores.

Great place to stay, for sure! Spotless room, big TV and shower, comfortable bed, great hot tub, friendly staff. Nice diner for breakfast across the street. I'll be back!

Great location, between hospital & the mall, it is centrally located for my needs. Very comfortable stay, staff are very friendly & courteous....i highly recommend staying here...especially for short visits.

The property is central located to go shopping at mall & other shopping centres as well being close to hospital, so i could visit my mother at senior pavillion there. Highly recommended for short stays 😊

The staff at Glenwood Inn and Suites are super helpful and friendly! Anything we had questions about or needed help with, they were super attentive! The room and all areaa of the hotel were super clean and bed was very comfortable.

Water ran hot and cold in the shower. Found sunflower seeds in the made bed (we didn’t eat any). Very small accommodations. We’ve stayed in the past and enjoyed it, but there was quite a bit at fault this time around.

I had a great stay over Christmas, had my grandson and two cats! Large room, good beds, clean sheets! Lots of towels, pool and hot tub was nice and clean. Fridge was not very cold.

I have previously stayed here and had a wonderful experience so I was excited to book again. I did book on line through hotels.com. I travel by car for work and I ran into bad weather. I was in Grand Forks and had to make the decision not to drive to Trail. I called The Glenwood Inn around 4:30 pm to say I would not make it. I was told I would have to deal with hotels.com to cancel. I did that and they tried to help. They tell me that The Glenwood Inn stands firm behind their cancellation policy so I will not be refunded. That is disappointing of course. I will not be booking on line anymore and I will be looking for another hotel to stay at in Trail for my next visit. I do not recommend staying at the Glenwood Inn in Trail, BC.

Sorry to hear about your experience. When we received your call last week we notified you to contact hotels.com ASAP to cancel the reservation. One week later hotels.com phoned us to cancel the reservation that was a ''no show'' a week ago. The room you booked with hotels.com was non refundable. My advice is to not book a non refundable room this time of the year when weather can be a factor while travelling.
