Unfortunately the bus service into town is quite slow and, even though this is out of our control, we apologize. As to the taxi calling service, there must have been some misunderstanding: to assist our guests is our priority and probably the staff said that it was not necessary to book a cab in advance in order to not pay more for the reservation.
