Nice hotel near to harbour very cleanPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Location and high standards of cleanliness. We were the only british family and it did feel as though you were going back to a more genteel period in
Cons: English translation of menu and towels taken for laundry but not replaced until a couple of days later & the second room toilet rolls weren't replaced
Location: You need to hire a car. It is situated near to the coast with lots of fish restaurants. Mount Etna can be seen from the hotel its a small town
Helpful reception staff. All our rooms had a balcony with a veiw, rooms were cleaned daily and the hotel was spotless. Good size swimming pool although we were only aloud to use a quarter of the pool on our last evening as dining tables were put around the pool we assumed for a special occassion but they were not used that evening.

Lovely village in walking distancePosted Jun 27, 2014
Had 4 nights in this hotel. convenient for seeing all sites on the east coast. Staff were very helpful & ordered taxis to get us to local station. they also looked up times to get places. Breakfast basic but made up for by lovely pool. Hotel very quiet when we stayed. Dont think you have to walk along road to get to the village there is a gate by pool which lets you get directly there & has a great selection of places to eat.

Park Hotel CapomuliniPosted Sep 16, 2011 on Hotels.com
This is a pleasant hotel, in the middle of wasteland. The entrance and surrounds were littered with rubbish, and our balcony overlooked another area with rubbish everywhere. It was 2 kilometres to the local village and shops, on a busy road with no footpaths. The staff were unenthusiastic, and made no effort to offer any local advice or suggestions as to activities.

A éviter!Posted Jul 24, 2008 on Hotels.com
