Showerhead had leak and entire bathroom would get soaked when showering we went through all towels we had to dry the floor and toilet. We advised the front desk and they advised maintenance would fix the next day. Came back from our day of exploring to find shower head still not fixed.

My son cut himself being a boy and Tammy Jo was great, noticed I was about to faint and stepped in (with a professional approach) and handle my shaken and scared son as I was clearly not able to. She cleaned my sons cut, sanitized the area and the hotel lobby and was super sweet.
