“Highly recommend this Cavtat apartment”

Antun runs an excellent apartment house. Up above Cavtat, right on the bus stop for Dubrovnik buses and a pleasant 10 minute walk down to town (15 minutes back up), it is in a convenient location. A handy supermarket is just 3 minutes walk - if that. We really enjoyed the walk back up the hill though less fit people might prefer to take the bus. The apartment was very well appointed and scrupulously clean. The bedroom, bathroom and lounge-diner were all roomy, and we enjoyed breakfast out on the balcony every morning (prepared ourselves of course). The kitchen includes a sink, two ring hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and good pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Next time we visit Cavtat, this is definitely where we will stay.

The room was clean and comfortable and the host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant. Very covenient, close to the bus stop and local grocer and a short walk to the town and beach.

“Cavtat”

We stayed three nights at these apartments. The staff were friendly and always helpful. It was a nice apartment with pretty much everything you needed. It was reasonably quiet however be aware that it is directly over the flight path to the airport. The bus stop into Dubrovnick is pretty much right outside the door and service is effiecient and frequent. The beach is about a 5-7 minute walk and as others have mentioned it is a steep uphill on the way back. The price was fair for what we got and would recommend this apartment if looking for a place to stay that is near Dubrovnick but not in the madness of it all.

“Good location”

Antun, who owns the apartments is very friendly, and a great help with local knowledge. The apartments are located up a steep hill a short distance from Cavtat. We walked it each day we were there but there is the option of a bus (One stop from Cavtat) or a taxi. I cannot advise the fares. The bus to and from Dubrovnik stops right outside the apartments and runs about every half and hour. There is a good supermarket less than 100 metres from the apartments and a family style restaurant almost opposite which serves good food at reasonable prices. The top apartments have a great view of the sea and you can see almost as far a Dubrovnik. We really enjoyed our time there and wished we had booked for a longer stay and would highly recommend he apartments.
