The rooms are very nice with a fireplace, TV, mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I had some noisy neighbors but that's nothing new. The only complaint that I have is the overwhelming smell of bleach when entering the room. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

It was quiet that's about all I can say. The bathroom shower doors were difficult to open/close and the handles were loose. There was some sort of god knows what on the wall and bathroom door. The worst though, was the bed. They have some sort of metal sheeting around the base of the bed that if you bump into it or move around in the bed it goes off like a cymbal and if you sit up in bed and lean back then whole bed slides away from the wall. The TV set had a blue line running vertically through the picture, didnt matter what channel you were on.

I love Cayucos. We usually stay with family while we’re here, however we decided last minute to stay at Beachwalker Inn and Suites. The check in was smooth. The rooms were clean. I loved the fireplace. Will definitely be back again.

I stayed here one night and it was quiet and room was clean. A little pricey for the room I got and especially not including breakfast. However, the older gentleman working the front desk was very polite and helpful, and I appreciate him very much. My daughter left her ipad in the room when we checked out and I went back 7 hours later and he took the time to help me find it. Because of him my rating goes up from what would have been a 4, to a 5 star. Thank you again, sir!

I love the fact that I had everything I needed in my room included kitchen which had stove, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, fire place. The shower is complete and clean, plenty of towels, bed was comfortable, the all room was very spacious. Walked to the beach. The ocean was visible but the hotel is not waterfront, however the air is wonderful. We will be back. Highly recommended.

It was an awesome hotel. Pet friendly which was important for us! Close to everything in Cayucos, which is a great little town. We stay here again on next trip.

Tv didnt have internet so we couldnt watch anything. Other then that, floor being dirty and the toilet leaking, wasnt a bad stay. Sheets smelled like they were clean with bleech. Area is a nice small town to get away from it all.

Convenient & well run hotel in cayucos. There are a number of new properties in Cayucos these days. This is a small town w a large, beautiful beach. This property is convenient to everything. Recommend.

We arrived late but check in was still so simple! They waited for us to get there and checked us in quickly. Great price and value. Darling room - clean, quiet - had everything we needed. Nice view of the beach. Cute town and very walkable. Nice people! We'd love to come back and stay longer.

The front desk was very helpful when we notified him we couldn't do stairs, updated us with a down stair unit. Updated room, but had no bar to hang your towels. Loved that they took dogs, but no area for them to go. Local park 2 blocks away. No chairs by outside fireplace. All in all a nice place.

Clean but incomplete.
The room was very clean and fairly modern. It seemed as though they were in the process of upgrading. The wifii was very slow. The TV had no instructions. There was no information about anything in the room. We might not be the most high tech but we usually get by. There was only one desk chair in the room for seating. It was as if they forgot something.

Not what I expected!
The booking says it's a no-frills hotel so my expectations were not high. However, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came with a fridge, separate freezer, microwave, fireplace and a lighted mirror which was extremely helpful. The water pressure was a little above average and someone came in, made the bed, and gave fresh towels daily. There was dust accrued on top of the appliances and lamps which made me question how often other services were done. It did not have a full length mirror which every girl needs, so that was inconvenient; other than that, the room was a pleasant surprise. My biggest complaints were that the wifi did not work. If this had been a business trip, I would have been extremely disappointed that I could not get my computer to connect. I ended up relying upon my own cellular service to do anything on my phone. Finally, there are hidden fees that no one tells you about. I booked through hotels.com and was given a total after using the new key-something rewards. The price for my stay was more. The front desk blamed it on hotels.com and hotels. com blamed it on the hotel, so I paid about 100 more for my 5 night stay than I should have. Not sure if I will be revisiting.
