“Nice little hotel, very new”

Pretty much the only negative recurring comment you will hear is the location since it will require longer taxi rides to your destinations. Very helpful staff, they all greet you with warm smiles. The important stuff though like cleanliness was great, quality of brakfast was amazingly good for a budget hotel. Noise levels could be lower but overall great place for the price.

Extremely well presented and looked after hotel, rooms we have stayed in have always been excellent (deluxe rooms), rooms cleaned every day and well stocked, hair dryer in bathroom for ladies, large fridge for keeping drinks cool and microwave for re-heating food if needed. This is in my opinion one of the best hotels in Cebu for the money, yes there are better but they are also twice the price!! This gem is only cheap because of the location, but taxi's are very inexpensive in Cebu, so it doen't cost much to get around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting comfort at an affordable price.

I liked virtually everything about the hotel. It´s quite new, the rooms are big and comfortable, the breakfast buffet is big and of very good taste. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I stayed for more than 1 week in july 2011 and the next time I return to Cebu I will most likely stay there again. The price is not the cheapest, but the value is definitely there. Alpa City Suites is slightly outside the city of Cebu but the center can be reached by taxi at a fare of app. 1 Euro. SM Shopping Mall and Ayala Center are conveniently close.

Being my first visit to Cebu (April 2011) I was concious of price and after consulting with my girlfriend who lives in Cebu she checked it out and thought it was a good price for the 9 days we were looking at staying. The staff, security guards proved to be professional and friendly. If there were any matters needing to be resolved they were done quickly and efficiently. The air-con was directly above the bed and even on a low setting was hard to sleep because of the hum of the motor or passing vehicles and continous blast of the car horns. I found the room we had comfortable for our purpose (superior room). For a warm climate the bedding could have been a little lighter because it was almost impossible to sleep under the sheets for more than a few minutes before sweating. Breakfast buffet was alright but caters more for the asian guests which with the selection was something that a european would expect to eat for dinner and not breakfast. The bacon tended to be more america strip style which was fatty. House-keeping staff were consistent in cleaning and tidying rooms We went to Ayala to buy our water and a few other goodies from the supermarket. Why pay double or triple for the mini-bar when you can do it for less. Taxis are hailed by security staff on the front door on your behalf. It is a clean and comfortable hotel. A hidden gem, so look as you do not mind the colour 'lime' which matches the staff uniform you should be ok! :-)

“Great hotel in Cebu City/Mandaue”

I loved the room here - nice desk space for my laptop and free high speed internet. In room safe, large bathroom, nice bed, good aircon, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, silverware and sink. Breakfast buffet is excellent and food for lunch and dinner is great too. Not far from SM Mall and a massage parlor within walking distance. No pool or game room.

What a hotel! If you don't stay here, you don't know what you're missing out on. All staff members are very, very friendly, the hotel rooms are clean and very presentable - the photos on this site don't do it any justice. Breakfast is fantastic and restaurant service is friendly and efficient - at very reasonable prices. What a fantastic hotel, I commend you on your service. I will be back!

A solid 3 star hotel. very clean and modern. very good price. slow internet and bad surrounding area. Might stay there again for 1-2 nights. in short, loved the hotel and hated the area.
