I was really surprised how clean and nice this hotel is. I do love the fact you can walk-around and there are food stands in the alleyway next to the hotel. My only complaint is that it isn't a walkable distant to Ayala mall. The distance to the mall isn't far - its the safety. You have to cross 3 very busy roads and it is not safe. Dont take the risk and take a cab.

This is our go to place. Every time we go back to visit family in Philippines we spend a couple days in city either before or after. This is only place we stay. Great hotel, awesome staff. Walking distance to mall with tons of dining options. Love it here. Breakfast buffet is worth it, just FYI, it is more Filipino style but they can accommodate a little for you.

My go to place to stay when in Cebu City. Been staying there for years. Never disappointed. Clean, very friendly staff. Good location. 5 minute walk to Ayala Mall. Great place overall

Very unfriendly staff and management. Kept reminding us that we are paying less than other guests so we don't deserve any of the amenities. Very bad for Expedia. You should consider them as one of your vendors or pay them more so they can treat Expedia guests as their other paying guests. VERY BAD.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location. Internet connection was on and off, making it difficult to communicate or get work done. Especially bad at night when the usage is high.

I would love to stay here again. Overall experience is great. From Hotel staff are very friendly, helpful, accommodating, you can feel the warm welcome. Cleanliness is outstanding, Food was awesome & delicious. I always go out so I didn’t have the chance to eat the buffet looks like mouthwatering, I will consider to eat in the future. Hotel is affordable. Location is great. Walking distance to Ayala Metro. I was amaze. Thank you for the wonderful & outstanding service. I was very disappointed because I asked for an ice bucket around 11pm but unfortunately the room service told me that there’s no more ice available. I can’t believe that hotel like this don’t have ice for guest. I’m not happy at all.

This hotel was the nicest and cleanest i have stayed in Philippines over several trips, staff were almost all very good. Room service was fast and friendly, breakfast was excellent with a very good range of foods. Only one negative, the young woman who attended us on arrival could not find our booking, she seemed kind of clueless, asking help from her more experienced co worker, Mb her first day on the job but unnerving. had another incident w her later in our stay.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was alright. There is no censor in one of the elevator which hit my arm so bad upon closing that I had the hotel nurse take care of my arm for a couple of days as my upper arm was hurting so bad. Inside the shower, there are no bars to hold on.

Life
I live in hotels most of the year. I was expecting this to be a decent place. The pillow couldn't have been any cheaper. The bugs in the room were so bad . The 1st room water was leaking out of the roof all over the floor that took him a long time to get me a new room. The bathrooms are so small that you can't even dry off inside it you have to go out into the hallway. The front desk was rude. They wouldn't let you sign for your food in the restaurant you had to always have money with. I was very disappointed I even left day early because so uncomfortable.

People are not friendly. Tried to ask something but staff just ignored. Especially in the buffet. I ask the waitress if they have mango but waitress just ignored me not even explanation. I even told the cashier that how unfriendly they are but then she just ignored me. I will not recommend this hotel.

Well designed hotel 5 min walk from Ayala mall. Good facilities and restaurant awesome gym. Adjoining rooms a big plus for a good size family. Staff friendly and always helpful.

It was a nice breather after having stayed at the country side for the past 7 days. There was a tub, hot water, toiletries. Air con was cooling, bed was comfy The sound from the road was a little bad (even tho we were on the 14th floor) Their breakfast was pretty bad, got the continental set which consist of 2 slices of toast, 4 bread rolls and 3 slices of baguettes with a side of jam and butter....
