Family trip, was good. Big room, lots of space, lots of power sockets, etc. Only complaints : the pool and the fitness are terrible

Great hotel, stayed here back in November 2022. For me the whole thing was faultless, brilliant everything very friendly greeter on door, made me feel very welcome. I love these style of hotels, I’ve stayed at horizons 101 in Cebu also and has nothing on this hotel for me 👍

My second time stay and outstanding overall from the out of the way greetings from staff at all levels to much better selection for breakfast buffer to very reasonable menu prices. The bad... Small TV and limited selection in channels which would matter if you decide to stay inside your room. Will definitely recommend for the price and again the smiles and greetings from staff. They are the assets of this hotel.

The carpet in the bedroom was worn out you need to change it and put tile to make it look nice the rest of the room was decent showers need to be clean or fungus growing between tiles all you have to do is use Clorox

Actual not matching what Orbitz sells
Orbitz itinerary shows superior room with King Size bed. Hotel staff say there is no king size bed in this Catagory Requested for high floor received 3rdfloor room , found out they had plenty of rooms on the higher floors and Requested for a transfer… They could have easily I signed the correct room before arrival
