Reliable quality

Pros: Location, value for the money, western quality accomodations
Cons: Laundry price is a rip off.
Location: Marina Mall has several restuarants - Krua Thai, La Tegula ( decent Italian), and Café France are all good choices.
Very accommodating as I arrived for an early check in. I had the executive suite and everything is in great shape. They must turn off the hot water at night because the water temp at 4:00 am is not as high as at 7:00 am. But still warm enough for a good shower. The breakfast buffet is worth the money if you get it on Expedia. The rooms are reasonably priced and offer full amenities. the wifi has a great signal, even in the lobby. Like many hotels the laundry service is a robbery. I calculated it would cost me about P2500 to get all my clothes washed. So I got in a cab and went to the softwash near the Pasak Barungay Hall and got the whole load washed and ironed for P300

Pros: Its location, just adjucent to the airport and it`s very convenient.
Cons: Housekeeping.Needs a top sheet and a blanket. I slept with a duvet with cover and I`m skeptical if they change the cover everytime customer checks out
Apparently according to the front desk staff, they have to make copy of the passport as hotel`s policy. Now, during checked-in I asks to returned the copy that they made.Well, it was returned(kind of) because they also made another copy to keep as their record. I wonder what they`re going to do with those papers that they copy from each clients that checks-in.

Cons: Not sure at the moment. Maybe nothing.
Location: Just visited other family at different locations.
My reservation was confirm at the desk. Room was ready without any delays.

Convenient and reasonably priced

Cons: Bathrooms, outlook for rooms at the back, pool area should be promoted more and remain open later, as only option for al fresco dining in the evening.
Hotel is convenient for Cebu airport and reasonably priced, which is what we needed. Staff friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast buffet included, but overall in need of an update. Lobby smells musty, bathrooms need refurbing. Ask for a room at the front overlooking the airport. Rooms at the back overlook a decaying ruin and the wall that the local taxi drivers use for a toilet stop: not great. But otherwise, served a purpose and not uncomfortable if you need an overnight to make a flight connection. Getting TO the hotel with luggage from the airport is a challenge, but a free shuttle to the airport is provided on demand at check out. Definitely not five star, but not five star prices either!

Pros: near to the Airport, inside the airport there were many gifts shop for "pasalubong" you do not have to go to Malls in Cebu and Take a Taxi.
Cons: curtains colors.
Location: Gaisano mall mactan is the nearest mall.
The hotel is a walking distance to the Airport, is good for those traveler's who have another early flight the next day. Food are awesome, staff are very professional and kind. We will stay again in this hotel next year and in our future plan travels.

This is not your typical airport hotel. It is within easy walking distance of both international and domestic terminals at Mactan/Cebu Airport but, once inside the hotel, you would not know it was there. A sizeable swimming pool is offered with a very shallow area for toddlers. There are three restaurants and a casino at the far end of the hotel complex. The hotel staff are always polite and attentive; some room fittings might be aging but cleanliness is excellent as is the service provided throughout the hotel. Being next to an airport means there is a regular supply of taxis and, as they are called on your behalf by the hotel, the drivers rarely create a problem. Jeepneys from the airport to the local shopping area, about 10 minutes walk away, are also available. Apart from the hotel, airport and casino there is nothing else of interest in the immediate area but this hotel is a good base for trips in Mactan Island or Cebu City itself and its surrounds. Whilst many guests will probably see this hotel as somewhere to stay immediately on arrival or just before departure it is worth considering a longer stay. Perhaps no beach is a downside but there are no people on the streets begging either which can be a problem for visitors to beach resorts and hotels in PI.

Drastic change. New management?

I had been using this hotel everytime I go home to the Philippines, and I was aways satisfied with the service. But this time, its totally different. First, I was told that there was no available room for me ( I booked it 3 months earlier), so she struggled to do something, which she did, except that she gave me a room that has a very offensive smell (new paint? Or Cleaning agent?). We would have settled for that, but the kicker was when my mom used the bathroom and it "would not flush". Either pressure was too low or it was broken. They managed to give us a new room, but with the same bathroom problem. To make matters worse, they charge me extra for being in a higher category room, which was not my choice but as a solution for the problem they had caused. I have yet to fight for that extra charge.
