Its an impressive hotel and well located.Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Polite and friendly staff.
Cons: Coordination between Check In Staff and Room Service Staff need to be improved.
Location: The Hotel had ambiance and impressively spacious.
We arrived from Manila at 8am(4th.Sept) and was told no rooms were available till noon. Back at 12.15pm and rooms were still unavailable. We finally got our keys to 1410 & 1414 at about 2pm. Unfortunately Room 1414 was not made up and we had to wait another 30 mins. Obviously there was a lack of coordination between the front desk and service staff.. Furthermore we had to endure a rude security staff who chided us for resting at the lobby lounge. Well were up at 4am and rather exhausted. Hospitality was certainly absent.

Double check!Posted Jul 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
I arrived at the airport and they had sent someone else to the hotel *(who didn't show id) and gave them my room#...This wouldn't normally be a problem but my Fiance was there awaiting my arrival. You can imagine the inconvenience of this mistake. An uncomfortable situation to say the least. They didn't charge me for the car shuttle to make up for the oversight. However. .... then they charged me for the phone calls that they made on their phone to arrange for the shuttle and to alert my fiance not to open the door for the stranger who was on their way to the hotel. Those charges were not expected and totalled up to more than the shuttle would have originally been. Coincidence? Either way double check your charges even if someone calls into the hotel YOU get charged. Room service was delicious and quite prompt.

First time I stayed in this hotel was in the 90's. I was impressed that it actually even looks better now. I like everything about this hotel.

2 nights stayPosted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: Bright and spacious lobby.
Cons: The room is dusty, the pool is under renovation, the elevator was noisy that you could hear it from inside your room. The decor needs modernisation.
Location: Inside the hotel, you will find a casino, several restaurants and a duty free shop. It is also 10 min ride by cab to ayala mall.
Stayed for 2nights while on a business trip. I was with my 2 children. The hotel was undergoing a renovation. On your arrival, you will notice how spacious the lobby is but by the time you reach your room, you will feel the contrast of a bright lobby to a dated room. The room is of standard size spacious enough for 3 persons. The room has lots of dust on certain corners and the air con was not working properly. We were often disturbed at night by the noise from the lift for our room was 3 rooms apart from the elevator. Breakfast buffet was great with loads of choices. My kids did use the pool.

Fun fun fun at the casinoPosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Casino and the UNO restaurant and the music lounge
Cons: Free drinks ( water or juice) should be available for people spending their money at the tables or machines. Irked me that I have to pay 108 pesos.
Location: Shopping at Ayala or SM malls
We ordered room service since it was still an hour before the restaurants opened for dinner and we were hungry and tired. Delfin and Boni were super excellent, went above and beyond just delivering our food. We had a fantastic, romantic dinner in our room for the 4th of July and the guys were funny too. Made our day after a 6 hours travel. Love the casino, our fave spot at Waterfront.
