Could better

Posted Apr 14, 2014
The stairway which is the only way to the rooms is unmarked, I have never seen that in the past which is more that 100 hotels. Our first room had an open soda can and used tissue on the night stand. We were cheerfully moved to a different room that had dental floss hanging on the shower wall. Looked for breakfast at 6:30 and 7:00 am and there was one doughnut 4 beagles and a loaf of bread. We had 3 rooms 11 people so we ate elsewhere

Disappointed

Posted Apr 8, 2014
Pros: The bed was very comfy
It was indicated a continental breakfast was included. The continental breakfast was a few donuts, instant juice and some coffee. No tables or chairs to sit on. We were very disappointed with the "continental breakfast". We will not stay at another America's Best Value Inn. We did get a discount from Dennys which was next door but the restaurant was dirty.

Should of went to a different hotel

Posted Apr 8, 2014
It was OK for the nights. I was under the impression there would be a microwave in the room and that the hot tub would be available none of these were available. I got what I paid for a guess.

Okay place for $45.

Cons: hair dryer in room
I was surprised that the room did not have a hairdryer... that would have been nice. The bed was comfortable... the staff was nice... convenient location for what I was doing.

Location convenient and rate very affordable

The exterior, parking area, entrance door to room area, seemed worn and uninviting. The staff though competent were not interested in making my stay better. The "full breakfast" as advertised was minimal with coffee, toast, & donuts. The room was very comfortable and clean. So my recommendation to a friend would have warnings.

Basic Accommadation

Posted Mar 29, 2014
Pros: It was really quiet and close to the freeway.
Cons: The sheets and towels were threadbare. The tub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in a while.
It was an okay place to stay, but our bed sheets looked like they should have been replaced a year ago, they were threadbare.

Affordable hotel in Cedar City

Posted Mar 12, 2014
Pros: Price.
Cons: Wasted valuable time (45-60 minutes) trying to connect and stay connected to wifi. I would've chosen another hotel if I'd known the hassle.
2 day stay for business trip. Wanted low-cost, no-frills place. Was too low cost. No elevator. Poor wifi connection.

Fine room, fresh donuts.

Surprised that the room was so quiet, yet close to the freeway. Would have liked a little more for breakfast but internet worked well and room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was particularly friendly and helpful.

Family Reunion

Pros: Easy to find. close to the freeway.
Cons: Housekeeping could use a boost. Some maintenance, ie toilet could use some help.
Location: Shakespeare Festival, skiing, augatic center, hiking, biking.
Hotel was Ok. One of our rooms had dirty sheets on the bed. The toilet in one of the rooms would clog up every day. Toast and donuts. Apple Juice. Orange Juice and coffee is the contiental breakfast.
