“very relaxing and beautiful place to visit”

We had a wonderful time. The food at the restaurant was great and the service prompt and professional. The room was very nice (good beds) and had all the little extras one would expect. We hope to get away there more often.

“Quiet summer get-away, but few area restaurant choices”

If you are an outdoor enthusiast and/or want a quiet summer get-away, the Lodge was perfect. (Our room looked down on a grove of Aspen and we often observed deer grazing.) With a seperate sleeping area, small kitchen and dining/TV room, we had plenty of room. But, this is a ski area, and for a summer vacation most of the town's services (restaurants) were closed, Plan on taking advantage of the kitchen in your room. There is superb mountain bicycling and hiking very close by, but you need to have done your trail research in advance. The resort staff were limited in their knowledge of the local trails... I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Spa staff. The message therapist was skilled and knew her trade. That isn't always the case in these more remote lodges...

“Nice mountain setting”

We were very pleased with the high quality lodging. Was a quiet mountain stopover as we traveled from Kanab through Cedar Breaks National Monument, and on to the Cedar City Shakespeare Festival. We had a small one bedroom unit with a kitchen, so lots of space to spread out. The unit was very comfortable and well furnished. The pool and hot tub with surrounding views of mountains and trees was great. And the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely would go back.

The room was a little too warm -- in the middle of cold weather!! But it was very spacious with comfortable beds. It felt very homey and welcoming.

“Nice summer getaway”

The hotel was great. Very clean rooms. The bathtub was awesome! Very large and deep. The hotel staff was great. The mountain biking trails were fun and well marked. I plan on going back to learn how to ski this winter.

“Cool Escape from the Heat”

Everything about Cedar Breaks Lodge was exceptional. At check-in we were greeted cheerfully and given prompt attention. After receiving a lodge map, directions to the underground parking garage, and an opportunity to ask questions, we made our way to our spacious villa. The kitchen was fully furnished, and we had a TV in both the front sitting room and the bedroom. The bathroom jetted tub worked great, and we appreciated having lots of towels. Even without air conditioning, we were very comfortable at the cool mountain temperatures and used the fan primarily as white noise at night. We had a relaxing time at the heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Restrooms are nearby, and a cubby wall is handy for storing personal items. The fitness room has state-of-the-art cardio and weight machines as well as a set of free weights and a TV. The staff at the lodge was incredibly gracious. After swimming, we stopped by the diner to get a hamburger and fries to go. Though it was 9:00 p.m. and we were soggy, we were treated as respected guests even as we dripped all over the floor! We will definitely be returning to Cedar Breaks to escape our desert heat!

Everything was beyond our expectations including the service, attitude of employees, accommodations, cleanliness, food - as I said, everything! The spa personnel were also great. This is a beautiful place to visit!

“St. George Marathon”

All other hotels were overbooked, so we had to look for a hotel somewhere else. We didn't know at the time that this was the very best what could happen to us. We were more then happy staying at the Cedar Breaks Lodge in Brian Head. We will come back!

This hotel is great. Nice rooms, good food and a very comfortable environment to hang out! Definitely stay here. It is the best place in the area by far!
