“great hotel”
This was a beautiful hotel and the restraunt was amazing.
“Wonderful place to stay!”
The hotel is new and the room we stayed in was very nice. Its very close to the ski resort. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. The bar area is beautiful and the buffet they served while we stayed was delicious.
“Certainly a gem amongst the many lodges I stayed at.”
Extremely friendly environment, very friendly staff, excellent food, wonderful modern country-stylish accommodation with stunning cathedral-type restaurant hall. Very well designed indoor pool with waterfall, and one indoor and one outdoor jacuzzi. Great views from most rooms. Mountain terrain highly inviting to hike, mountain bike or ski and more. We will come back to this isolated but extremely attractive retreat for a longer stay than just two days. Another great plus - this place is close to all Greater Canyon Parks (Bryce, Zion, and veryclose Cedar, Breaks National Monument) with easy and daily Go and Return.
“Wonderful Escape”
This is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it. The interior is designed from natural rock, wood, slate, cork, etc. Beautiful. And...the personnel are helpful and accomodating. Oh, and the pool - how cool! Rock walls add to the beauty.
“Very clean, comfortable, definitely will go back!”
Very clean, friendly staff, close to ski area, great beds, and all amenities, I would definitely stay here again!
“Nice Comfortable Setting”
Not very good checkin service. Instead of checking what room type was booked, the front desk sent us to different rooms till we came across the one that was booked. Ate at the steak house in the hotel, food was great and service was good. Overall a very roomy and nice remodled hotel. Rooms were spacious and food was great.
“Great vacation spot”
Great place to stay. Very friendly staff would stay there again.
“Great Family Vacation”
Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Shuttle takes you to the slopes, shops and restaurants. No crowded lift lines and skiing was fun. Tubing Park was great for the kids and adults, too. The hotel was beautiful and family friendly - we could let our preteen son head off to play with the other kids staying there and not worry. Great spa experience. Food was really good. Service in the restaurant and bar was a bit scattered but we were there right after they hired for the season and management was on top of training so it kept getting better. Only minor complaint was the pool - smell rose into the upstairs bar area and chlorine was a bit fierce.
“Brian Head”
Very nice Hotel as usual. There is no places in Brian Head to eat, so the restaurant in the Hotel is a good option.
“Hotel = Great; Location = OK”
We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were all very friendly and service-oriented. It was quiet at night and that's saying a lot because we were there over New Year's weekend. The only downside was the location. The shuttle was supposed to run every 15 min., but at one point we decided to walk to Navajo Lodge (beginner slopes & ski school) because we had waited 30 min. It was only about a 10 min. walk, but with freezing temperatures, it's not very pleasant. If you aren't skiing, there's not much within walking distance from the hotel. So if you want to do anything at night, you pretty much have to drive there. That said, I would stay there again because of the pleasant, homey and comfortable atmosphere and surprisingly good food (both in the restaurant and the bar).
