We never had any problems staying here ( we stay every year for the last 3/4 years when we come to town) until this last visit. We had 0 hot water for our 3 day stay. When we informed them of no hot water, the manager I believe gave us a small refund, annd was told a plumber would be called and it would be fixed that day. Get back to the hotel that night and still no hot water! The night audit worker gave us a key to a different room down the hall that we could use to shower and told us that she will leave a note for the morning crew. Didn’t get fixed at all. Most of the staff were kind, breakfast is average, and property was in okay condition. But will definitely NOT be back, I’ll spend the money and get an Airb&b next year.

The worst stay EVER! Room smelled of animals. Cat had clawed armchair. Dogs had chewed base of dressers and door frame to balcony. Two of dresser drawers were broken (large holes in bottom) making them unusable. Table was unstable. Curtain rod on door to balcony was bent. Bathtub had large porcelain chips missing. There was no tub mat. Base of one of the beds was broken. In need of major updating.

We always enjoy our stay there. Sometimes it’s a little noisy but mostly quiet. At times the back parking lot is a little messy people throw their trash in the parking lot but other than that it’s a nice place breakfast is always good and I love that they are pet friendly.

Great stay
Everything was just fine except my bed was just a little hard but not unbearable and no blanket on the bed. Location was great close to other businesses and outlets. Will try to stay there again.

Lobby area very hot, employees walking around with cigarettes in mouth while cleaning rooms. Only a couple of towels in the room, pillows were a joke. If not for a last minute trip due to a death in the family, would of stayed somewhere else especially for the price, cost was too much for sure

The hotel is under renovation - the room was good, quiet the internet excellent. Parking perfect. Good location in GBC. Movie theatre in walking distance. All the common areas (looby, ailes, elevators) are currently a little filthy, but in the process of getting better as part of the renovation, I assume and hope. Although there was not much change since my last stay in May,

1.At check in the staff was outside smoking and even when we asked about checking in they finished smoking then came in to wait on us 2. I reserved a room with a balcony. At check in the staff said nothing to me about there not being any available and just put me in a regular 2 queen bed room. Got to the room and no balcony and there was POOP in the toilet and it would not flush. Reported it the front desk they did come fix and clean the bathroom. The room still had an awful smell. 3. The staff and their friends just take over the pool, with no respect to the guest. Some were inappropriately dressed. 4. There were rats/ mice running all around outside. 5. A lot of areas were dirty and areas were unsafe missing tile/carpet.My guess is due to remodeling at some point 6 the elevator sounded like it was about to breakdown. I heard several guest complaining about it. And there are more issues, but what good does it do to complain. This was my worst hotel experience ever.

The property is run down, poor attepts to remodel the property appear to be taking place. There are bushes totally covering up any view of the pool area. Workers left a lawn mower in the front lobby area to charge.

The building seemed to be undergoing maintenance which is fine, but the hundreds of birds thar lived on the outside wall made a dicey walk back to the car to say the least. However the room was clean and the staff was great so I'd stay again
