Hotel advertised free breakfast. When I asked about it I was told because of the holidays there was no coffee or breakfast.

The room was pretty clean but I did see a roach on about the second day in the bathroom. House keeping cleaned and gave new towels everyday. The blow dryer nor the safe didn’t work. But overall it was ok. Staff was very nice.

I was expecting a to-go breakfast but they didn’t even have drinks out to grab and go. The room was alright and they had a clean bathroom. Saw a roach running around the room. I didn’t try to chase it though.

How about a refund?
So sad. Unkept property.. trash all around. Stair well very dirty. Grounds unkept and I was first placed in an unclean room that smelled like urine.. They relocated me to another room that had been cleaned. Good news is that there was lots of parking!

Filthy dump
Instantly knew when we pulled in the place was falling apart. Our room floor was so filthy we kept shoes on our feet. The bedding had stains. Every towel and rag had stains on them. Asked for fresh ones and they were stained too. Food was left in the fridge from previous guest. None of the plugs were working properly. The mattresses were old, stained and so uncomfortable none of us slept well. Only one pillow per guest. I was just miserable. I spoke to the manager upon check out. He reduced our bill a little and apologized. At least he was kind enough to listen to my complaints and said he would talk to his staff.

It was not clean inside. One of the two chairs was broke so that only lleft you one seat to use. Bathroom had trash sweep in groove against the tub very nasty. Definitely not worth the price that was charged. If was not a friendly place I had to ring a bell a couple times to get service.

Everyone can have a bad day but we are supposed to keep it to ourselves. We arrived after the main office was closed so I pressed buzzer. The lady who responded seemed to me to be upset/disturbed from what she had been doing. She was rather “short” when telling me that they needed a credit card for incidentals ( room had been prepaid) and wasn’t very friendly when telling me how/where to find the room.

Disappointing
Upon check in the sign read "valid ID required". The front desk would not accept a valid military ID card. Then they would not accept one dollar coins to purchase bottles of water. In the room the directory it read that breakfast would be from 6 to 930. I went to get breakfast at 840 and was informed that breakfast closed at 8. The next morning I went to breakfast at 725 after using the night bell as there was no one at the desk. I was informed that they no longer served breakfast. There were crickets in the room (3 in the bathroom) The cleaning staff was very helpful and even cheerful in doing their job. Hotels.com still owes me 6 stamps for previous trips but I cannot get through to any one the email address that they give has been closed. I will not stay at the Super 8 on my next trip and may not use Hotels.com for any of my travel plans

Bad Customer Service
Its 106 degree outside and the room a/c was off. We did not arrive until late (10 PM) and the room did not cool off until the middle of the night, We asked a friend that was staying there to go to the front desk and get the key to turn the air on and they would not give him the key for a pre paid room. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Not recommended at all.
Had about 40 crickets in the room. Had to keep spraying at the door & around the room to kill them. Not clean. Outlet plug near sink was half covered with wall backsplash. Hard to plug in. When needed help during the day & evening, office was closed. Fridge sat on three legs trying to fall over. Maids would wake us up at 7:30am to clean. They came 30 min. later to wake us up again to clean. Molding on bathroom door was broken & eaten away. Bad, Bad

It was a good place to rest bed was good. They advertised breakfast but the 1st day they didn't have anything and the 2nd day all they had was Orange juice and a small muffin definitely not a breakfast. The town is lovey and we liked how close every thing was.

It was typical of the chain. Clean, bed was comfortable, shower was great, and TV options were great. Front office staff was very friendly. The breakfast was not open like it said it was supposed to be, but not that big of a deal since it was advised they only had prepackaged options, coffee and juice. Overall I would stay there again.

This motel is in a good location; clean but it needs a bit of updating. It took several minutes to get hot water running most mornings, and the breakfast consisted of coffee, OJ and one tiny packaged muffin.
