When we go to the hotel they gave us room 326 as we enter the room it smells stinky and I feel something bad about that room and as we about to sleep my husband slept right away he is tired from driving and I go to my bed and I feel itchy something biting me so I open the lights spread open the bedsheets I see bugs take a picture and video showed to the reception and she gave me another bedroom why she give me the last bedroom that stinks when there’s bedroom that is clean

It was dirty. Mold in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were hard. There was water dripping from the ceiling into the bathtub all night long. Breakfast was terrible. The pool was ice cold and no working hot tub.

Staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. Property page noted a hot tub but it wasn't operable. I'd recommend a quick phone call to the property if you're hoping to utilize the pool room offerings. Upon checkin we were asked permission to take a photocopy of identification and staff noted they needed a card for a damage deposit. None of this was noted in the booking app. The amount has not been refunded to my account yet and I don't know the process for removing the hold amount. Overall a very nice outing to this property. I would visit again.

So hun. When I came in this place it was fun and pretty rare you know. But the pool is dirty and I seen a long piece of hair with something attached to it and someone left there door open and no one closed it. Pretty scary. You can come here if u want but I don’t recommend. They also lied about having a hot tub

Okay place to stay.. walls, floors, lamps etc were dirty. Lots of unpainted patches on the wall. Looks like they’re in the middle of remodeling. Breakfast foods were very limited, not much of a variety at all. Staff were friendly. Pool room was very very breezy, felt like the air was on and water was cold.

The two girls who were left to their own devices were clearly not trained to the extent that they needed to be left alone to run a hotel on their own. One said it was her first day and her boss left her to do things on her own. They said my reservation was canceled. Which it wasn’t. I booked a king room, they gave me a double queen. I signed my paper work that had one room number on it, then she proceeded to hand me a room key with a totally different room on it. Which I did not stress about. All minor inconveniences until we were in the room for about 10 minutes and another guest proceeds to put his key in our door and WALK INTO OUR ROOM!!! We discussed it with them and got some things worked out. Oh and there were cockroaches in the bathtub. This was not the fault of the poor girl who was left alone on her first day, but managements/owners for allowing that it to happen.

I booked a room for a night to get the family out of the house and let the kids play in the pool. When we checked in, we noticed that the floors are filthy all throughout the hotel, our key cards barely work. You have to swipe it about 20 times before you can access your room. Once in the room we noticed the bed sheets haven’t been cleaned. The hotel pictures show a hot tub which I’d no longer in service. The pool was out of towels, And the front desk had none, they were all in laundry still, this was at 4pm. The restroom in the pool area is disgusting. It’s a good location, we were hoping for better quality.

Non working hot tub, false advertising, pool not open past 10 pm as stated for adults from 10-midnight. Pool not open til 10 and check out at 11, no time for am pool use. Non-working microwave in room so supplied microwave as a solution had mouse terds under it in storage like room. Safety concerns as door to exterior could be entered by anyone without card! Money should be refunded or discount given! Breakfast not fully stocked, ice maker out of order as well as kurik machine, filthy vents in bathroom also.

Very convenient location to work. Only one morning were there eggs. We ended up staying 5 days. Staff very helpful. Being diabetic there were no other non carb options. No salt and pepper the day they had hard boiled eggs.

It's been 3 weeks and they STILL haven't refunded us our $100 deposit! Room was recently renovated, however, we had to move furniture around to plug the lamps, phone and tv in. The batteries were dead in the remote and the front desk girl seemed annoyed about bringing us some. My husband said that the bed was like sleeping on a box spring. The configuration of the bed to where the tv was, was very impractical as the tv is parallel to the bed. However, the room was clean and featured an arm chair and desk area.

Won’t make this mistake twice
The people working there were perfectly pleasant. The room had been cleaned recently. That concludes the nice things I have to say about the AmericInn on Holiday Road. My room was in an obvious state of neglect. The room door was nearly impossible to open, the vanity light was flickering, the bathroom floor was discolored from water leakage and a spider crawled out from behind the towels. The cost-cutting measures contribute to a worse stay, and I have a hard time believing anybody who was involved in those decisions has spent any time in this hotel. The room was frigid when I arrived and took *hours* to come to temp. The bed pillows are small and flimsy. It’s another small thing, but the soap and shampoo packets are extremely difficult to open with wet hands. Not even little bottles, packets. When there are this many problems in one room it’s hard not to come to the conclusion that the hotel has given up on the visitor experience, and is just running on tricking unfamiliar saps like me. If that’s the case, well done. Hats off. I would strongly recommend that future visitors find a different place to stay, though. At least the other gross hotels are cheaper.

I hate to be this person, but we had to leave after being in the room for approximately 10 minutes. We HURRIED up and got in our swimming suits to go sit in the hot tub and I noticed some balled up garbage on the counter of the bathroom and asked my hubby if it was his. It wasn’t (ew, left over from the last guest), so I started scooping it into the trash when I noticed a giant roach chilling next to it! My husband was like, “Well, I wasn’t gonna say anything but that’s the second one I saw” and we were literally in the room for less than 10 minutes. The front desk was friendly and offered a room on another floor but there’s no way. The ratio of bugs to minutes was too high to risk, had to leave. The manager never called and we did not receive a refund either.

This hotel was poorly kept. I had to check out within 15 mins of arrival because the room was so dirty. Hand towels had spots, the shower curtain was full of spots and stains, the corners of the room had build up on the floor and baseboards, the curtains were full of dust. Another room checked out just before me complaining of bugs. They informed me my refund had been processed however a week later and it still hasn’t. This hotel should not be offered on this platform.

Wouldn't let us check in at 2:00 because policy was 3:00 even though we didn't want to use the room, just wanted the key so we could go to a family activity that afternoon. They said we could check in at 2:00 if we paid $15. Note that there were no other guests waiting. They just wanted $15 to do the same thing at 2:00 that they would do at 3:00. We left without checking in, came back that evening and we were told that we had no reservation, even though they confirmed it at 2:00 and I showed them the Hotels.com confirmation email. As we were at the desk, a guest who had checked in ahead of us came back to the desk saying there were cockroaches in the room that they were given. At that point, we left and found another hotel.

Ok place to stay for a night
room was ok, fridge didn't work. old bar of soap on top of the shower. Bed was ok and sheets were clean. Hotel had 1 ice machine and it didn't work. Most corners of the hallways were banged up and needed painted. Hot tub appears to have been eliminated. Breakfast was over by 0900 on Sunday morning.
