Rooms clean, staff friendly, and water slide and pool were fun! Also, hotel was close to great restaurants, the mall, and many other shops and attractions.

First time we have been in this area. We really didn't know where to stay. We were in town for a drs. appt. Staff was very helpful and kind! We would recommend this place to friends. We will be going back to the Hospital soon. We will stay here again. Way to go Comfort Suites!!!

“Nice hotel, all in all”

We stayed at the hotel or 4 nights in July 2011. We had a so-called suite, which meant that the room was a bit longer than usual and had a small seating area with a sofa and a chair. That was quite nice, especially since the cold air from their air conditioner somehow bounced off the ceiling and blew right on the bed near the window, so sitting there was very uncomfortable. From the picture of the pool it would have been easy to think that the pool was very big and great for swimming, but it was more made for children with an average depth of around 3" throughout the pool. But it was nice and clean and great for kids with a long waterslide. All in all, we liked it there, even though the internet connection waquite a far cry from high speed...

Okay hotel - not sure the price was worth it but decent breakfast in the am and okay swimming pool besides the pool not opening until 6:00pm which was past our check in time. We got in late and had to leave at noon so missed the slide option...had very disappointed children!

“SO, SO this time.”

Stayed at this hotel in October of 2009 and was really happy with the room, service, etc. This time I was not so impressed, I wonder if it was because it's summer vacation time. For some reason the room did not seem as clean, the comfort was good. The pool was way too clorinated. Wish they offered in room movies. Someone got into a fight in our hallway in the middle of the night. Lots of noise from the room above us, I don't understand why when adults only check in they are given the top floors and kids stay on the lower levels so they don't keep eveyon awake running around. Breakfast was good, someone was trying really hard to keep the items stocked and full. For the price this hotel is a good value, better in off vacation season, not so good during the summer.

“Comfortable stay”

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is satisfactory. Our only complaint is the length of time it took for rooms to be ready for check-in (90 minutes after the 3:00 pm check-in time) and it takes very long for rooms to be cleaned during the day (usually by mid-afternoon rooms are finally cleaned. Pool area is clean and if slide is closed just ask the front desk staff and they will usually open it.
