“Great place to stay if you don't have a lot of mon”

They did a very good job of maintaining cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very accomodating and made me feel as if they had know me for many years, Remembered my name and the name of my daughter. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel itself needs some updating. My daughter's room looked as if it was recently updated but my room had some divets in the floor under the carpeting. For the price I think it was an exceptional value and the service and the staff more than made up for the need of updating. If you don't have a lot of money and need a really clean place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

“Except for the dust on the hair dryer.”

Not bad for the price. A Non Smoking room should not be a smoked in at another time room. people were also smoking in the hall.

“Not Impressed”

seemed the staff interaction with customers was poor. The room doors had problems with locks. found the coffee pot in room had not been cleaned for awhile. had mold growing in it. Staff didn't even say Sorry... What's up with that?

“Stay away”

While slightly cheaper than your standard chain, it is worth the few extra bucks to get a hotel that cares about customer service. The room was dirty. The linens were stained and full of cigarette burns, the coffee pot had coffee drips on it, and the toilet wasn't cleaned under the seat. The pool was closed the 2 days we stayed due to bad chemistry. Wouldn't want to swim there anyhow. The breakfast was pathetic. The juice machine didn't work and I was too scared to drink the milk. The owner also had the nerve to tell my friend that they didn't make any money off of her and would not allow her to talk to the manager! Expedia...you should not offer this hotel on your site!
