nice hotle

Pros: Nice furniture, room was larger than average.
Location: Located near Rockwell-Collins if you are on a business trip.
Stayed Christmas eve due to travel constraints. Please was pretty much empty but staff were still attentive, room clean and everything went well. The room was a little larger than average, with a desk, two guest chairs, tray for eating in bed (if you want). Bathroom had walk-in shower, large vanity cabinet with lots of towels.

Convenient hotel to nearby attractions

Pros: Breakfast, beds, handicapped parking close to front door.
Cons: Would love to have a mini fridge and microwave in rooms.
Location: Recommend tour of the Brucemoor Mansion and the NewBo Market.
I checked in later in day and appreciate coffee available in lobby; found room inviting and beds comfortable. Breakfast in morning was decent and lady who maintained it was nice and accommodating. Only problem with hotel and not really their fault was there was a large contingent of high school kids there for a volleyball tournament and they often tied up the elevators and one point in time, there were younger kids running up and down the hall; not sure where their parents were but they weren't watching their kids. Didn't get to check out the pool, etc; figured it would be monopolized by the teens. Overall, satisfied with the quality!

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. I am happy you enjoyed your room and the breakfast! I do apologize for the kids in the halls. We did have extra staff on to patrol the halls and keep things quite, but obviously we weren't able to be on all floors at all times. I do hope you will try our hotel again when you are in the area!

Nice place to stay for the most part. The dining area was not kept very clean in the morning.

Comfortable hotel

Be sure to request early maid service or your room will not be clean before 4pm. This was inconvenient as we thought the sign on the door would be sufficient.

It's always a great idea to let the desk know if you need it cleaned by a specific time so that we know your desires. We always take into consideration the desires of our guests!
