“Great hotel.”

We stayed 5 days, and it was great. The housekeeper came in every other day without us asking. The breakfast was very good. It was quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

“great for families”

My pre-teen daughter and I felt very comfortable and at home at Mainstay. Staff were conversational, and made us feel like we were their own personal guests.

“one of the best customer services i've ever experienced”

all staff was friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the general manager. I had a variety of needs for myself, my 7 year old triplets and my 13 year old daughter. the staff helped with suggestions for entertainment, helped with transportation, and gave extra room attention when i needed it. i will return there when i'm back in the area.

“Better than average value for the money”

Pet friendly accommodations that were much better than average. Pet surcharge fee was too high, but lower room price helped to compensate. Breakfast offerings were just average. Convenient location, too.

“Worth the money”

Overall, the hotel was nice. The only issue was the overall cleanliness. When I checked in the stove in the room had a lot burn marks (didn't look like anyone had ever tried to clean it), I had to mention it to the front desk. The hotel staff did a good job taking care of the problem the next morning, so can't complain about that. The hotel does full cleanings weekly, only replaced towels, and emptied trash daily, you have to make the bed yourself. Also, the smoking rooms are on the first floor behind the desk, so I noticed a little cigarette smell in the lobby, when I checked in. Again, I would recommend the hotel, yet as a nearly new hotel (within the last few years), it should be a little cleaner.

“Decent Room for the Price”

Got what we paid for - one bed and a pull-out sofa in a separate room - for a reasonable price. Both rooms had a TV, which was nice! There was a door separating the two rooms, which also helped me and my son go to bed at different times. Was glad to have the fridge and microwave. Enjoyed the jacuzzi at poolside in the morning. Breakfast was OK - just waffles, fruit and cereal, along with milk, coffee and juice. All in all, it was just fine for what we needed.
