Disappointing

Meager choices for continental breakfast: toast; peanut butter and jelly; coffee; juice. Nothing else! Floor planks kept coming up with every footstep. No refrigerator or microwave.

Pros: price
Cons: the breakfast
Location: not ;too much to do around there. there were a couple of other restaurants nearby.
the continental breakfast could at least have some cereal.

Place needs a facelift but hotel room roomy and comfortable. Did smell a little mildew in the bathroom area which was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. If you need a quick stay overnight I would recommend this hotel. Staff friendly but breakfast is lacking only toast or English muffin and coffee.

Definitely Worth the Price

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: The bed and the air conditioner were the highlights of my stay. It was a hot couple of days. And I was cool, comfortable, and slept great.
Cons: I would say there isn't much that needs improving. I thought I received a value for my dollar.
Location: Lots of places to eat within walking distance and a convenience store right next door.
I had a very nice stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and professional, and the bed was about as comfortable as it gets. There wasn't a fridge or microwave, but there was everything I needed in the lobby area. Hot coffee, and a little something for breakfast if I wanted in the morning was all I really needed.

Never again

Posted Jul 19, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: No hope for this hotel.
This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. After 1/2 hour of being in the room my socks were black and I have pictures to prove it. The breakfast was toast, muffin and orange and apple juice. TERRIBLE ! I TOLD THE STAFF AND SHE SAID THAT'S THE WAY IT IS CAN'T FIND A GOOD FLOOR CLEANER! I found bugs in the bed and showed it to staff and said she didn't know what it was, but it's not a bed bug.

Wonderful customer service!!!

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: The location. Easy access to the highway and downtown area. Close to a variety of restaurants. Most importantly, the service was EXCELLENT!
Cons: I would replace the carpets in the hallways and paint the walls.
Location: We weren't there long, but Pei's chinese restaurant is nearby and had amazing food! And if you want the world's best french toast, go to Mikhael's!
Honestly, I chose it because it had a pool and was fairly inexpensive. There was some wear on the carpets and the halls didn't look all that great. The room, however, was great. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen a hotel bathroom. No joke. It was so clean that I noticed it, which I don't normally do...unless it's really bad. The BEST part of the stay was the staff. Toni, the employee who checked us in was wonderfully friendly. She was accomodating in every way, and very pleasant. When I checked in, I told her the reason for my stay. Later, she remembered not only me, but why I was there. Her manager was equally friendly. I just cannot say enough about how nice they were. I would stay there again! And also, there are some great restaurants nearby!

Very Pet Friendly, good bed

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: Quiet. Good beds. Cheerful staff.
Cons: Housekeeping needs improvement.
This was a very pet friendly hotel, lots of dogs, but we never HEARD them. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms were teenager clean, which was a little disconcerting when I found things housekeeping missed (former occupant's washcloth drying on shower rod, strange splats on wall by sink, mold on shower curtain, hairs behind door). The hairdryer was broken, and when I reported it to housekeeping, they took it away, but did not replace it. Housekeeping service was intermittent. The "continental" breakfast was juice, coffee, toast, and fruit if you were there early enough.
