“Worth the value”

“Unexpectedly pleasant”

We check in expecting a low end inexpensive place to stay. What we could was a very clean and well maintained hotel. It was quiet and the manager/owner and his family were very gracious. We will stay here again when we visit CR.

“World Horseshoe Tournament”

Attending the World Horseshoe tournament at the Cedar Rapids Ice Arena was the purpose of my stay. The motel was situated less that a few minutes to the Arena. The service was very adequate and the Internet access was very helpful. The free breakfast was adequate, but not early enough to meet our schedule as required to participate in the Tournament.

“My neice and I enjoyed are stay very much.would stay there again”

The Hotel was clean the help was friendly.The manager was not very nice.Are room was clean and the maid service was great.I owe a cleanng business i would but her to work any day.are room was close to indoor pool which was nice.we would stay again good location.

“Ramada Cedar Rapids Iowa”

Decent hotel. Good for staying when you don't plan to hang around and have other places to go and people to see. It works for a bed/bath and not much else. The contintental breakfast is a nice amenity to have and isn't half bad. Lots of reasonable shopping and restaurants nearby so the location is good. If you don't expect grand luxury, this hotel is clean and decent for the price.

“It could have been better.”

I was very disapointed. The pool was closed for maintanence. I asked for a crib and was told it was availble but when we checked in I was told they didnt have one. We asked for directions and they couldnt help us.

“Needs a lot of updating”

This hotel is not like any other Ramada I have stayed in. This hotel needs a lot of updating.

“Not bad if all you need is a bed”

If you're on the road a lot, look for something better. But if you just need a place to sleep and nothing else is available, you could do worse.

“Death trap”

The smoke detectors wires were just hanging from the ceiling. The doors did not close all the way and my door was open when I came back in the afternoon. The pool was very warm but the room was frigid.

“Peaceful night but odd place”

Carpets were dirty. Internet did not work. Pool shut down. Towels had stains. Lamps with burn/melted markings. Staff jumpy like they were on drugs. Nosy neighbors. People living there.
