Many of Denver’s most interesting sights are located close to Centennial, so it is a convenient place to base yourself. Two sights that should be at the top of every visitor’s list is the fascinating Park Meadows Mall and the ever-popular Fiddler's Green Amphitheater. Two other worthy points of interest that are located within a short distance of Centennial are the Kennedy Soccer Complex and the Cherry Creek State Park.
To really get a feel for Denver, head to one of its museums and theaters. Go and see a couple of the thrilling theater, dance and music shows at the Town Hall Arts Center in Littleton.
There are many natural gifts here as well, so make sure you enjoy the nearby green spaces. Enjoy some of the tranquil urban parks such as the Red-Tailed Hawk Park in Aurora.
See if you can hit a hole in one at the Cherry Hills Country Club.
Visitors with a passion for sports will love Pepsi Center, home turf of the popular Denver Nuggets basketball team in winter. If there is no game on, you can still head to the stadium to catch a behind the scenes tour.
After spending the day seeing the sights around Centennial, get a good nights sleep at one of the area’s bed-and-breakfasts, hotels or short-stay apartments. Make reservations for the Comfort Suites Denver Tech Center, Englewood, the Best Western Plus Denver Tech Center Hotel, Greenwood Village, or the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center.
