The staff was amazing. I asked for an extended stay and they gave us a complimentary extension which is very nice since I was willing to pay for whatever they charge us for it. But that gesture from the staff will always be remembered when I make my future booking plans. You have now my loyalty.

The elevators were not working properly. Several times people got stuck in elevators or the doors wouldn’t open/close all the way. We chose to take the stairs but an unstable person was occupying that space for an unknown amount of time making it unsafe and difficult to get to where we needed to go on time. Front desk staff was polite and helpful.

At check in we were told that the king size bed room that we had reserved and confirmed was not available. "Oh well, that sometimes happens when you use Expedia." We were charged more for the parking than the posted rate in our room.

my stay was good besides the fact that when I booked with expedia i was told there would be free parking and free breakfast. Neither of which was true. Parking was $40 a night and breakfast was $20 a day. Just wish details were clear and both expedia and the hotel were on the same page.

Trying to order food to go from the in hotel restaurant was difficult. You would think there would be more staff availae when a big event (dance competition) is happening on site.

Could not get hot water in shower. Was the control valve working or did I not know how to use it? TV was too complicated to use. Everything in the room was new and modern.

Very pleased with my stay!
My weekend stay was fantastic, no complaints here. The lobby is gorgeous, the convenience of the restaurants was perfect, all staff were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean upon check-in. No stale smell like with most hotel rooms. The bedding smelled fresh, didn't find a single stray strand of hair or stain. The mattress, pillows and bedding was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby with being able to control the room temperature and blackout curtains that didn't let in even an ounce of sunlight. The TV came with the option to securely to my Netflix account which was awesome! The dresser had a mini fridge that was spotless. A single cup coffee maker which was stocked and clean. Two water bottles that came in clutch. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. No mold, no soap scum or hair anywhere. The water pressure was perfect and the showerhead wasn't one of those awful kind that was crusted with hard water that make it impossible to rinse yourself. The sink had pump hand soap and lotion and the shower had pumps of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I appreciated the hotel having a 12pm check-out rather than 11am and that the incidental hold was only $100 for the stay and was released within 2 days. I would definitely recommend staying here and will book again myself for future trips to Philly.
