The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. My room was very quiet, safe and extremely comfortable. My room came was a complimentary breakfast which was fresh and quite delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Parking was such a nuisance! The garage was so far away from the hotel. I also went to the parking garage to get something and when I came back, the doors to the hotel were locked and I couldn’t get in. So inconvenient

Beautiful property. The room was huge and clean and bed was comfortable. Great location too. Parking is expensive but I guess it’s to be expected in Philly.

Stayed here with family starting Jan 1. Service had been slow according to staff but service was top notch. Front desk was very welcoming and courteous. They made recommendations on where to eat around the hotel but unfortunately most were closed due to the holiday. The breakfast offered at their restaurant was amazing. The quality and presentation of food was like no other I have seen. The waitresses and servers were the friendliest of people. Central to places we wanted to visit. The hotel conveniently has a door which leads into the shopping mall next door. Overall, this was a great start to our trip by staying here. Everything from the entry to the hotel and common areas were very charming. Beds were very comfortable and room with 1 bed and fold out couch had ample space for us. Our heating system was quiet enough where we were able to get a good nights sleep. I would book this hotel in a heartbeat on my next visit to Philadelphia.

Great location! Extremely comfortable bed! This hotel was perfect for our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again in our travels! Ohhhh…the lavender balm on the nightstand was a great touch!

A rave in Philly ❤️
It was my first time in Philly, but my boyfriend’s second or so. Great trip over all. The hotel staff was so helpful and sweet. A good laugh. We enjoyed every second in our beautiful room.

There were accusations made in a public lobby that were untrue. Full story was sent to Marriott Bonvoy. Manager said we were taking video of NFL players and we were not. Other guests were. We were paying guests and were asked to move out of the public lobby.
