"Lovely space with all you could ask for including excellent and accommodating front desk staff. Bed spacious and comfortable, lots of good bathroom products, historic building. Only drawbacks are difficult to flush toilet and no bathroom fan, and huge window but not able to open (likely due to building age). These are minor as everything else great"

"A wonderful boutique hotel in a good location in Philadelphia for a great price. It is walking distance to the train, Rittenhouse Square, and Reading Market. Many eateries and stores nearby. The studio apartment I stayed in was spacious with high quality fixtures and appliances. It was quiet and cozy. The staff are all welcoming. Would stay here again!"

"Place is not bad. It's a good place to stay, and the one thing that bothers me a little bit is a stairs. I can barely squeeze and pull in my luggage up one flight of stairs. The hostels is good place to stay in case there's special events or occasions. "

"Staff was accommodating and kind. The closest train station was a few minutes away, which was very helpful as we spent a lot of time at the WWE events for WrestleMania week as well as at Wells Fargo for a Sixers game. Highly recommended. "

"We had a very good experience. Great location with lots of restaurants and historical landmarks within walking distance. The beds in the two bedrooms were very comfortable. The only issue we had with the unit itself is that the futon couches did not make for comfortable sleeping, and noise from the street was at times quite loud. Just bring ear plugs. Host company was very responsive."
