“Very nice hotel - English spoken if needed”

Hotel in very safe place - next door to the Oberrheinhalle (Concert hall) and walking distance from historic city center. They didn't have WiFi on the first floor of rooms so I had to change rooms to an upper floor. WiFi is a daily charge and is difficult to sign on. Restaurant has a very nice breakfast buffet but it's pricy!
