The aircondition was really bad! Didn't work properly. The sofa-bed was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in. Good location near highway.

great hotel amazing staff
we had only one night at the hotel when we are on our road trip but the stay was great! the room is very clean. spacious and modern design. breakfast is included and it's a very good breakfast. the restaurant manager was amazing. he was attentive and helped us with lots of travel questions. He even gave us a bottle of champagne as we are on our honeymoon. It was very sweet and everything with the hotel and restaurant was perfect. very affordable. close to the lake. strongly recommend it.

Land of the flies
The room was fine. We could not eat the breakfast. It was covered in flies. Every part of the buffet. And yet there were people eating it anyway. Even at dinner the night before. The food was good, but we were waving flies off the whole time so they wouldn't land on our food. And the management did nothing.

Great stop over location
We stayed here en route to Italy and found the hotel perfect for our needs, we plan to return and explore the area further as its ideally located for Villach and surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean and spacious, all rooms have balconys which was a lovely bonus - there is also a large Billa supermarket next door which is handy when traveling with kids who may not want to wait to eat!

Hotel di design moderno. Originale l'uso del legno grezzo per rivestire il soffitto. Camera e bagno spaziosi. Avrei preferito anche il pavimento in legno anziché la moquette. Location ottima per viaggiatori ma lontana da qualsiasi centro per i pedoni. Ristorante apprezzabile.

Modern Business Hotel in good condition.
Modern Business Hotel in good condition. All fine, only one remark: In front of the Hotel is a noisy street which does not allow us to open the windows by night. Breakfast delicisious, separate lockable Bike-room, free parking places in front, WiFi good, clean and friendly staff.

Sehr sauber, toll das alles Barrierefrei war! Das Personal an der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das anliegende Restourant war auch sehr gut. Lediglich die Straßennähe und der dadurch entstehende krach machen es nicht ganz perfekt. Dennoch gerne wieder!

Es steht ein eigener Yogaraum zur Verfügung wo allerdings Wäschecontainer gelagert werden. Fitnessraum mit Technogym Geräten ausgestattet, Wellnessbereich neuwertig, am Zimmer Ränder der Gläser vom Vormieter noch vorhanden, schmutziger Kopfpolster, sehr gutes Frühstück, toll eingerichtetes Spielzimmer samt Billard und Tischfußball.

Alles TOP wie immer. Einzig das Display der Klimaanlage im Zimmer war extrem hell - wie eine Lampe die aufs Bett scheint. Hab sie dann abgedeckt.

Ottima accoglienza. Molto pulito con un piccolo difetto: troppa moquette anche se perfettamente pulita e in ottimo stato. Buono il buffet della colazione. Personale accogliente e professionale. Gentilissima la proprietaria dell'hotel.

sehr rollstuhlgerechtes Hotel, zentral gelegen.
Auf dem Weg nach Kroatien übernachteten wir 2 x in Treffen. An dem einen Tag in Kärnten sahen wir uns die nahe Burg an und machten eine Fahrt auf dem Ossiacher See. Das Schiff war allerdings für meinen E-Rollstuhl nicht sehr geeignet. (Ein- Ausstieg!) Das Hotel ist sehr barrierefrei, auch für einen Elektro-Rollstuhl und verhältnismäßig preiswert. Das Restaurant allerdings war zu teuer. Am 2. Abend aßen wir in einem Landgasthof. Leider liegt das Hotel an einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstraße und beim Frühstück draußen war es sehr laut.

Wir machten Schiurlaub mit der Familie. Schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal reagierte schnell auf Wünsche. Tolles Frühstück. Gratis Shuttlebus vom Hotel zur Schipiste und zurück. Restaurant ist gut. Wir können das Hotel devinitiv weiterempfehlen.
