Brilliant hotel with excellent staff and facilities. The staff are excellent, kind, courteous, helpful, they cannot do enough for you. All the staff speak English with great charm and they make the hotel a pleasure to stay at. The room was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Excellent housekeeping staff. The hotel is in an excellent location with all amenities within easy reach. Restaurants are all excellent and the cuisine of a very high calibre. Could not have been better looked after. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit, just wish it could have been longer.

From the moment we were met at the airport, through the in room check-in and fantastic welcome for our two children we felt completely looked after and pampered by the excellent staff. The room we booked was a suite, it was beautiful, immaculately clean and well designed with separate living area and large bedroom (great for letting one small child sleet while the other one wanted to be awake). The room included access to the executive club lounge which had an excellent breakfast selection, friendly staff and was open all day and night. The pool was great, plenty of loungers, heated water and easy access to facilities. Check out was also seamless, no waiting, hotel transfers to the airport made travelling with two children much easier.

So nice to have a spacious room (2 of them in this appartment) in Hong Kong! Comfortable, close to Sheung Wan station and the escalator. Only lacks harbour view0 (at least from 15th floor although it goes double that height).

Stayed here for one night on a stop over enroute to Melbourne. Paid to use the Horizon lounge which we used for drinks and snacks in between tours and walks also provided a 1600 late checkout. Well worth doing. The crowning glory of the hotel though is the staff, nothing is too much trouble and they know who you are even on an extremely short stay.

The access to the mall is so convenient. I really enjoyed the bed and the pillows. The rooms are aged but it is still very comfortable. It is also the most affordable amongst the list of big 5 stars around the area and it is a short ride from Central.

My first stay at the Upper house in Hong Kong was fantastic. A really beautiful and very spacious apartment and the food was outstanding. The staff were helpful and very friendly. I would not think of staying anywhere else in Hong Kong after this experience.

Considered the central business district, Central is home to the corporate headquarters of multinational financial services, consulates-general, and Hong Kong government and administrative offices. The area is also a major transport hub for buses, trains, trams, and ferries. Head to Hollywood Road for antiques and trinkets, and Soho for bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and galleries.
