“Best hotel in Europe!”

I have travelled extensively in Europe and have to say this has been the best hotel and the best food! This is definitely a true 5 star hotel. Right from the valet parking, smiling friendly services at the front desk to the quality and presentation of the food. We ate supper at the hotel and my daughter did not like what was on the menu, the waiter asked what she did like and the chef made it for her. Breakfast the next morning was so well presented I almost went back to my room to get my camera to take a picture. It also tasted as good as it looked! The room was extremely clean, the bathroom had all the amenities, including slippers, bathrobes etc. I do find European mattresses to be quite firm, but that is just a personal issue. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Our GPS would not pick up the coordinates for this hotel. I have had this experience many times, what saved us is that I take pictures of the map location on expedia and that got us into the area of the hotel and from there we found signs leading us to the hotel. Compared to majority of the hotels in Thessaloniki, this one is in the better part of town.
