“Awesome Stay!”

Awesome stay, excellent staff, rooms weren't anything fancy, but very clean. Small breakfast area, but good treats!

Fast wireless internet, good coffee in the morning, clean rooms its that easy for me, I will stay again

“Convenient and affortable”

The motel what mostly what I expected, but the room lacked a few simple conveniences:clothes hangers, facial tissue, alarm clock. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.

When I arrived, nice to see someone who is smiling. The check in was very fast and helpful, giving me maps and recommendations of what to see in town. Much better customer service than other 4 star hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are nice and clean, I really think for the price I paid, it was a great deal. I noticed that they have many repeat customers that the front desk knows by name, nice to see this kind of care from staff. Location is great, close to a 24 hour cafe, and a five minute walk to Nye Beach. I had my refrigerator and microwave in my room; also I think if any one had any problem, that this staff is on top of everything. I asked for extra pillows, only 2 minutes they were in my room, also extra towels, arrived fast. I forgot my toothbrush, and to my surprise the front desk had one ready for me free of charge. I will stay here again; actually I have already booked a week in July.

My friends and I came for the Newport Seafood and Wine Festival. The room, though somewhat clean was musty smelling, the bathroom tiny. There wasn't a mini fridge in the room as advertised and the beds were rather uncomfortable. The hotel staff, however, was extremely friendly. The price was good and so we did get what we paid for.

The rest room is small. Breaffast can be a bit better.

It was ok because of bed is hard, TV is old, The shower is old because need to remodel.. Dont have bathrub.. Everything that need to REMODEL!!

“Smelly Room”

I did not enjoy our night at this motel. The room was very outdated and felt dirty. It smelled like cigarettes even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The shower was tiny and the shower curtain had mold on it. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, leaving me with a backache that lasted 2 days. Our room was right by the street so the early morning freight delivery to the grocery store across the street woke us up. Overall it was one of the worst nights of sleep I have had in a long time. I would not go back.
