2nd stay. Rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly. If your objective is a peaceful relaxing time, forget it. Walls are paper thin. Neighbors on both sides were incredibly loud we couldn't sleep. Worst part about that statement is, I wear hearing aides, but didn't need them to listen to neighbor A's TV, or neighbor B yell at their kids, or listen to the smoke detectors as they continually worked on their culinary ineptitude.
We had 2 miserable nights stay, and couldn't wait to leave. Haven't been on vacation in years, this was a very rough experience. It will be our last at Embarcadero.
Next time we drive 3 hours to the coast, we will go to Driftwood Shores in Florence. The rooms are just as dated, but cleaner, and more importantly they are sound proofed, quiet. So, more relaxing.
