Completely over sold on website

Posted Apr 21, 2015
We showed up to get our room with a view of the beach and the front desk guy Chris radioed for our room to be cleaned. The cleaning manager came over the radio and said NO! she said that we'd have to take a clean room that faced away from the beach. When we got to the replacement room it was really generic and rundown compared to what the website showed pictures of.

Nice Stay

Posted Apr 2, 2015
Cons: The breakfast food could be kept up better - they got behind and people had to wait quite awhile.
Location: Its a great location! Many things to do nearby.
We had a very comfortable stay. The room was big and clean!

This hotel was quite a surprise!

The hotel was a lot nicer than I expected. The lobby was impressive and the room was great, modern and comfortable. Also is within walking distance of the Casino which was nice as I was here on business with the Casino. Overall, a great experience.

Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

We went to the coast for spring break...a very busy time in lincoln city. Checking in was extremely slow. One staff member checking in and answering phones. 4 or 5 people in line during the 30 minutes I waited. You could tell the staff lady was trying to be polite but came across short and annoyed. After finally getting checking in the hotel definitely met our needs. Kids enjoyed the pool, everyone enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast and the room was spacious and clean.

If it were the last available hotel

Posted Mar 27, 2015
This was my 2nd time at a hotel in Lincoln city so I don't have a lot to compare it with but I'd only stay here again if it was the only available hotel left. We arrived a few minutes early and hoped to check in...the lady said it was almost ready so we waited but didn't get checked in until about 20 mins past check in time (keeping in mind check out is at 11 and check in is at 4pm). Got to our room only to find our room was locked so they had to jimmy the door open. After an almost 4 hour drive to get there, we were a bit irritated. The room was missing a lightbulb in between the beds and they finally replaced it right before we were going to bed. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep. The next day we decided to do some antique shopping before we checked out....we arrived at the hotel about 10 mins before checking out...I went upstairs to our room to collect the last of our stuff and when I got there I found the door open and a staff member going through one of our bags! Granted there was nothing valuable in there but seriously?! It wasn't even 4pm and she was already in there...looking through our bag?! The only good thing about this hotel was that it's close to the grocery store. Definitely won't go back unless it's the last available hotel.

Great location, nice hotel

Pros: Very convenient drive to the beach, grocery store, McDonalds, and is across from Chinook Winds.
Cons: WiFi is available, but they have to give you a passcode for each device you want to connect. Kind of annoying, but once connected it's no big deal

Check in was very easy, the room was clean and quiet. Was pleased to find out continental breakfast was included, and tasted good too! The pool/hot tub was relaxing at night, although the hot tub water didn't look all that clean. The beds were comfortable and phone assistance was very quick when we called the front desk. Would definitely stay here again. Very updated hotel compared to some others in town.

The best thing about this hotel was how close it is to the casino. We were in town for a pool tournament at chinook winds so the proximity was really nice for us. The room itself was so-so. It was clean, but some features could use an update. Our fridge barely kept our food and drinks cold. I wouldn't recomend bringing milk or meat that need to be kept nice and cold. The breakfast was good for a free meal.
