Great place to watch the beach and ocean with a walkway down to the beach. Since they are condos, each has a different decor. Ours was in great shape.

The room we booked was not the room we got. The TV didn’t work in the living room. The secretary in the front office was rude and not helpful at all wouldn’t give us a different room or have someone fix the TV. Never going there again.

Oh No! When speaking with you at check in, we asked that you please get in touch with Expedia on their advertisement issues, and request for refund on discrepancy found. There may still be time to do so?! Once Expedia gets in contact with us, we can issue refund for your troubles. We hope this helps! We have noted to the unit owner the discrepancy for the broken speakers on their TV, thank you for reporting that to us at check in.

Great family stay!
We loved our beach vacation! The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed. The bed was comfortable. The view was amazing! Our family enjoyed swimming in the pool too.

Amazing location. Unit somewhat updated, but carpets stained and chips on furniture, tub, toilet seat missing paint, scratched sink. Comfortable enough though. Signs everywhere saying "No dogs" but we saw 2 just moments ago.

We had a great stay! Definitely clean but did need more cupboard space for food. Maybe less dishes but definitely appreciated having enough dishes to use! The sign said pool and recreation area closed at 7pm, that seemed too early! Overall it was a great place with friendly staff and we had everything we needed!

the room was so small when you sat on the toilet your head was in the sink could not even move.. kitchen was dirty stuff all over the refer.. bed was sagging not enough bedding to make an extra bed so one of us had to sleep in the car.

Wow! we are so sorry it sounds like you did not enjoy this unit. There would be an extra set of sheets for the sleeper chair in the closet, but I hope you were able to connect with either a staff member, the front desk personnel, or the after-hours emergency contact number to address anything we could have helped with. We will be sure to voice any requested needed upgrades with the unit owner as well.

Way to much money for an old outdated condo. Kids toys outside the door, major scratches on the kitchen floor, kitchen faucets sprayer broken and coffee pot sounded like a jet airliner taking off. This was the most expensive place we stayed on our trip and not worth the money they charge. We will never stay here again.

Great but better towels needed
It was pleasant enough. Comfortable and clean and a great view. The only detraction is that the towels were tiny and the next door property has huge spotlights that run the beach view at night. I know that there’s not much this place can do about that but thought I’d mention it for others

Amazing spot by the ocean
We are in a charming but outdated unit. The location is great to watch sunsets and easy access to the beach. Wish we could stay longer. But unfortunately just passing through.

Short trip
Nice location-good beach access. Unit was slightly run down but very clean with all necessary amenities. The bathrooom in my unit was very tiny although the shower was fine. I would definitely stay here again.

the older (courtyard) portion of this property is dated. Owner-maintained is not always the best option. We were disappointed. Also, the Expedia listing did NOT match the actual amenities.

The location was awesome. Just a walk down some stairs to the beach. The property was clean. The unit we stayed in really needed new flooring. The bedroom door didn’t have a lock.

While it was a reasonably priced room, it was incredibly small. The bathroom and bed were too small for my tall partner (6'2) to use comfortably-I'm 5'2 and could brush my teeth and spit in the sink while sitting on the toilet. The tv in the bedroom can only be used for the DVD player-no cable access. The walls are so thin I could hear the renters above us snoring during the night and in the morning hear the renter to the right while I was laying in bed, use the toilet-had a very strong flow and clearly prostate is healthy 🙄. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay and don't want a view (it's literally a view of the parking lot and you cannot hear the ocean or see it) and don't mind sharing space with everyone on the four walls and ceiling, then it's great. If you're wanting a place for a quiet, beach getaway, spend the money and stay somewhere else.

Hello there! By the sound of it (and no, not by pee flow), you had booked one of our courtyard units, that have their own quirky unique side to them. Although we love constructive criticism around here, with ways we could make your stay better, I believe that the TMI prostate information is now public for all to see. Maybe next time (if you wanted to), you could let that person know personally.... but let's all be happy for that person today. :D

Decent Hotel
Overall, good stay. A bit expensive but the close location to the beach was nice. The wifi wasnt so great and also, the bathroom was made for kids...it was so tiny. But hey, we spent most our time outdoors so we made it work.

Amazing views tainted by heat with no AC
Was unbearably hot. We arrived mid afternoon and the room was 94 degrees. No fans. We closed the blinds to keep the sun out but that mad it even more hot. Our small children were miserable and could not sleep. We considered packing up and leaving but knew we would not get home until the middle of the night. Yes it was a warm day at the beach, but having no fans in the unit was unacceptable. The view was incredible, the most beautiful I have ever had at the Oregon coast. The room was clean and comfortable and as described. Having the balcony open to the other rooms (public) made us not feel comfortable having our children sleep in the living room with the extra beds… but closing the door was stifling. With Oregon summers being increasingly more hot, fans or AC would be highly recommended. There were also neighbors smoking, both tobacco and pot. We tried to locate them but could not, perhaps sitting in their car just under our window. Again, we had to close the windows. We wanted badly to love this place but had a truly terrible time. Would be willing to give it another chance, maybe in the winter sans kids. If we knew a refund was an option, we would have left that evening for sure.

Hello, sorry you had a bad experience with the weather being so hot. We do have a after-hours number if you needed anything while our lobby is closed. Some units have ceiling fans, but not all do. Please request a fan from our front desk and we can most certainly get one in the room for you. We hope to have you stay with us again!
