Close to the beach. Good for the price.

Walked across the street to the beach. Balcony overlooked the D River slough.

Nice views!

Posted Jan 9, 2015
Pros: the view
Cons: a place to eat your breakfast instead of your room
Location: the location is perfect, right in the middle of town over viewing the ocean and highway 101
There is 2 views from this hotel, the odd rooms are of the ocean the even views are of the river. Although we just stayed one night we got a room with the view of the river, which was nice and tranquil. If we were to stay more than one night I would have preferred the view of the ocean. Either way it still was a nice stay. The breakfast has to be picked up in the office and taken to your room there is nowhere to sit and eat. That was the only downside I dealt with during our visit.

Uh, no.

Hassle to check in, even though I had already pre-paid. Was enrolled in some sort of rewards program without my consent. Hotel name on building NOT the name I booked with online. Dirty, rundown surroundings. Beds were comfortable, cleaning staff friendly. Stay Only if desperate.

Very poor

Posted Sep 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
The rooms do not have air conditioning so you have to leave windows open to keep room cool, which made us listen to all the noisy traffic all night. The continental breakfast only consisted of coffee, mini muffins, and oranges. The people in the room next to us were fighting till 2 am. The sink was damaged and chipped. Bathroom floor was coming up and dirty. I will not stay there again and will not recommend this hotel.

Very last minute option.

Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: The staff was nice, however the company was recently bought out so the staff if going to change in October 2014.
Cons: Quality of damaged furnishing: Walls, bathroom sink, chairs, beds, etc. Deep clean the chairs and floor.
Location: Location is near Safeway, a super market store, fast food, beach front, Depot Bay and New Port with plenty of attractions.
I only stayed here because it was last minute and the only open Hotel required me to be 21 years of age to check in.

Loud n smokey

Posted Sep 22, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the beach
Cons: There's nothing that couldn't be fixed by tearing it down and starting over. Parking a large vehicle is terrible. Make the entire hotel smoke-free.
compared with other hotels I've stayed at in Lincoln City, this one was disappointing.

Ocean view

Posted Sep 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
Ok place to stay for the price. Ocean beach-across street. Clean and comfy king size bed. Moderate size room. Dog friendly. Quality needs improvement as in the walls needed paint and the bathroom sink was rusty. Safety: not enough parking -was told to park in parking lot around the corner when returned at night. Also there is no lock on elevator which is outside and anyone could enter. All room are on 2 & 3 rd floors. No screen on sliding door which opened to balcony. Comfort: no room for chairs to sit on balcony -barely standing room. Very Hot and stuffy in room-no air conditioner. Advised to open slider to balcony but then we had safety issue for our small dog. Manager was very nice and helpful about local parks and dining.

Edgy female manager. Worn out bathrooms

Posted Sep 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
They advertise free breakfast, mini cellophane muffins and oranges don't make a " breakfast" Bathroom smelled like urine and the shower stall was gross with stained shower floor. Didn't want to take shower incase it was a mold. Asked for iron board and received a very filthy board.

Hotel NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Posted Sep 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was on the second floor on top of a small strip mall...on hwy 101....we felt unsafe due to potential roof access, Room was not clean, caramel corn on floor it took 3 requests for service to get someone to vacuum , shower was too gross to use, hotel was noisy all night, people were smoking on balcony in non smoking room. Beds were like cement. pillows were flat as pancakes. We paid way too much for such poor accommodations. I
