This hotel was very nice and quiet. We were running late and they called us to make sure we were still arriving before 10. He stayed on the phone too give me directions on how to get into the hotel parking which was a little confusing in the dark. Very kind man who answered so of my questions. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and a nice breakfast delivered to us.

It is quite and safe. Breakfast options are limited there are no flavored coffee creamers. Parking is a bit small.

The lobby area was warm and inviting after a day on the cool, windy beach. It was quiet in the hotel. The breakfast delivered to the door was a fun bonus.

This has been a favorite for a long time. However we were on the second floor. Above us was a family group. They were very noisy. Stomping until 11 pm And awake and stomped at 5 am. My wife did not get a good sleep for the night. We will look elsewhere next time

The interior and exterior was beautiful! Very easy, private parking. Took my dog, first time staying anywhere other than home, he was very comfortable and at ease. Great dog area and easy access. Remember to clean up after your pets! It’s a privilege that we are able to take our fur babies to such a wonderful and clean hotel so let’s not ruin that! All the little touches they do for dogs is very thoughtful! The staff starting with front desk, maintenance crew, staff for keeping rooms stocked to staff that delivered delicious breakfast daily were amazing! I ended up extending my stay 2 additional days, did not want to leave! I had read previous reviews and I had hoped they were true. It was all exactly the case! I highly recommend this hotel! They exceeded my expectations and I will be back!

Nice hotel with partial ocean view. Unfortunately there is a restaurant and condo building blocking part of the view, but you can see a nice portion of the ocean from the balcony. Helpful staff and comfortable bed. Gas fireplace. Walkable to beach, although steep at points unless you walk around to the public beach access point. WiFi was not great and the ice machine was broken, as well as a problem opening the balcony door. Breakfast included but standard packaged breakfast items (not great). Overall for the price, it was a nice room with lots of space and a decent, if partial, view.

Convenient, nice place to stay near beach. Place was clean and comfortable. We were able to get a half hour hot tub spot but it was last one. If this is important to you book it early.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional! They allowed us to check in an hour early. They book the hot tub time so that is nice for privacy. Room clean and up to date. Room has beautiful fireplace . Overall great day! Down fall someone’s car alarm went off from restaurant next door forever so we couldn’t keep the back door open to hear the ocean ! Decent view though you’re not right in the ocean .

Very clean, beautiful big units. Quiet, serene with fireplace in room. Loved it. Breakfast was really lame though, only choices were granola, boiled egg (just one) and an overly-sweet yogurt or bagel. When they say “breakfast included”, they’re joking with you.

Thank you for being our guest. We are so sorry the continental breakfast delivered each morning wasn't what you expected. Each guest has a choice of granola with berries and yogurt, bagel with cream cheese, or muffin, and yogurt or a hardboiled egg, and apple or orange juice. We provide locally sourced Left Coast Coffee in the rooms with a full-size coffee maker and tea, as well as coffee in the lobby all day. We sincerely hope you'll stay with us again.

The Shearwater Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Their customer service is superb, with warm and inviting young people greeting you and checking you in. Engaging in conversation and desiring your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. The suite overlooks the ocean, boasts a fireplace and a well appointed kitchen. Our suite was very clean, with the housekeepers delivering your continental breakfast in the morning, asking if we had enough coffee and towels. The knowledgeable and helpful Gen. Z young man at the check-in counter even dropped by extra coffee filters late the next afternoon before I had a chance to ask. No matter who we crossed paths with on the property, the staff greeted us and wished us a good day. The Shearwater Inn is indeed very lucky to have such wonderful people working with them to make their property one that the guests will remember and want to book a future stay.

We were amazed how quite it was. Our room was directly across the hallway from the elevator and we barely heard any sound, let alone noise. The one thing I would change is possible is the width of the parking spaces. The car fits, but most of the spaces barely allow people to open the car doors to get in or out. Way too narrow for most of the spaces. There were a few more spacious slots, but not many.

While the Hotel itself had few amenities, dining, shopping, and the beach are super close by. Scenery was fabulous! Great views of the ocean from the room balcony. Staff was super friendly and quick to respond to a minor TV problem.

Great location with easy beach access. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed watching the waves from the chairs near the fireplace in our room. The room was a tad bit dated and we opted to skip the limited breakfast options and have went out to a full service breakfast. Considering it was the coast, we felt the price was reasonable and would stay there again.

Not the most relaxing
The view on the second floor wasn’t quiten what we were hoping for, but it was a decent price for holiday weekend. There was something terribly noisy that started in the wee hours of the morning (before 4AM) and continued until we finally got up around 7. By 9 AM when we were ready to leave, the b noise had finite stopped. I didn’t even bother taking a photo of the view, because it was more Kyllos restaurant and the parking lot.

We loved staying here, the view was beautiful and the room was cozy with the fire place. Granted we did stay on a Sunday night so it was a bit quieter then probably a weekend but did not hear noise of slamming doors or people in other rooms. We would stay here again!

Love it here.
One of my favorite hotels to stay at. Breakfast served at your door in the morning, restaurant and beach access right next door. Staff is always friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I’ve never had a bad experience staying here and will definitely be back!

Great view of the ocean while sitting next to the fireplace! They even have nice robes to wear & real cups/glasses. Only complaint would be the bathroom faucets, both shower & sink, which were a bit loose.

The Shearwater inn is an excellent choice in Lincoln City. The room had many amenities and was comfortable. The staff was great to work with as well. They were very attentive.
