“Would stay again particularly when needing a 2 bedroom unit”

As already stated in previouse reviews this is actually a condo being used as a hotel - the 2 bedroom suite we had was huge and I would highly recommend a stay here. Good location for walking around Florence, excellent suite, make sure you read the instructions they give you though as I glossed over the sheet handed to me but luckily my husband read the part about putting on the dishwasher and putting towels into the washing machine in the suite and then into the dryer before leaving. Otherwise we wouldn't have washed the towels

“Actually a condo, so every room is a nearly new suite”

This hotel is actually a condo building where almost none of the units have sold yet. Until the real estate market picks up, they’re renting out their condos as hotel rooms. Our family of four ended up in a one-bedroom condo, which included 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. It was practically brand new. Even though there is no pool, our kids were really excited about it. There was a big screen TV in the living room and bathroom. We were asked to put our used towels in the washing machine and start the cycle. Same for the dishes in the dishwasher. It was a great place to stay, like a suite in a fancy hotel. As far as we could tell, there were no hotel workers on site, except for when we checked in. That didn’t turn out to be a problem. I’d definitely stay there again.

“Absolutely AMAZING Hotel!!!!!”

This place is a VERY HIGH END Hotel. Felt like we were staying in a private Condo. We were surprised to have such nice accomodations and felt pampered. A private laundry room with new full size front loading washer and driers. Soap and basket included. One full bath and a half bath. The fully equiped kitchen with new with granite counters, high end stainless steel appliances including water and ice in the side by side fridge and a convection oven. A 42 inch flat screen TV hung over the gas fireplace with surrounding micro suede furniture was very comfortable. We had a King size bed with feather pillows and another 32 inch flat screen TV, 2 walk in closets and a soaking jacuzzi tub and a full size glass shower stall. Our balcony overlooked the water and Old Town Florence Shopping District, all within walking disance. During our entire stay we did not hear or see another guest although the hotel was booked. It was so nice, we stayed another day. We will definately return there and have told everyone we know how nice this place is. Excellent Hotel! Very affordable price!

“"better than expected"”

We would have stayed longer if we could. I didn't expect the full laundry & 2 1/2 bathrooms. Our kids enjoyed having there own room, which was nice for us too after a 12 hour drive from Sacramento, Ca. My husband & I would rate it atleast a 3 1/2 ***
