“One of few choices in Southern Oregon”

While this hotel is not the most luxurious, the staff was overwhelmingly accomodating and helpful with my multiple special requests. The rooms are small but very clean. The complimentary paper was nice, and you're within walking distance to several places to eat. Plus the pool & spa is a nice extra - being indoors ensures you can use it - in that area, it's often too cold or rainy for an outside swim. Overall, a quiet but kid-friendly place, and an excellent value for the money in Southern Oregon. We will surely stay here again.

“Passing through”

Just passing through on the way north - this is a good decent hotel - nothing extravagant, but good and clean, and the kids liked the pool after being inthe car all day

“Nice stop on the way to Washington”

Clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Inside pool with a little smell of chlorine in hallway, but not in rooms. Nice restaurant across parking lot. Went to see movie in Medford nearby while there. Convenient location by highway.

“good for the price”

All was very well until about 5:30 AM, then the doors began to slam shut and reverberate. The doors are heavy (nicely so) but slam shut with a resounding thump and then a few vibrations briefly follow. If the doors could be made to shut quietly it would be an excellent place for a good night's sleep. I anticipated significant traffic noise from the freeway, but no problem.

“OK”

Definately a lower budget experience. Bed soft, towels thin, no heat lamp in bathroom.

“Not a happy stay”

Too close to a major freeway off ramp. Trucks downshifting etc. Even with 2 sets of double pane glass windows you could syill hear the noise all night.Tolit was plugged up twice and had to moved to another room on lower floor. Nice people and good breakfast for people on the go. I would not go there again.
