This small hotel in Naples was just what we wanted for our brief stop-over on our way to Sorrento. A friendly greeting on arrival. The room was small but more than adequate. Clean, comfortable, quiet and within easy walking distance of the station. We were given a great recommendation for our evening meal.
Yes, we would stay there again but only for a couple of nights as the limited space would make a total-unpack of bags a little tricky, unless you travel very light.
The continental style breakfast was fine. Unlimited coffee but as usual in many European countries no kettle to make tea. No big deal though.
If you're looking for a place to stay for a couple of days in Naples then this is good value.

"Charming B & B near Naples near main train station"
It is within walking distance from Napoli centrale, so we arrived with no problem., only thing is there is no sign outside the door so I am sharing a couple of pictures for everybody to recognize the place easily. Mr. Giuseppe was very nice and he spoke very good English. There's no elevator but he helped us with our bags. The place is very well kept, nice and clean. We stayed in a quadruple room and all four beds were very comfortable. Shower size good. From our window we could see the main street below and catch the way of life on Neapolitans. It is also within walking distance from the Circumvesuviana train station which you are going to need if going to Pompeii, Sorrento, etc. There's another gentleman that runs the place (Sanju), who's also very nice. Breakfast was delicious! I went with my three kids and stayed a couple of nights. Do not be fooled by the look outside; it is a really nice place to stay. We will most definitely come back to this B & B in the future.

I recently went to Naples for a 3 night stay. The hotel was close to the central station which was very convenient for travelling around the city. My room was spacious and very clean. It was a little chilly at night but there were extra blankets which was fine. Off the main road so quiet. The bathroom was quite small but very clean. Breakfast consisted of croissants, cake, yoghurt, juice, coffee etc and did not vary from day to day. Staff were very helpful with directions and suggestions of things to do. Very reasonable for the price.

the room I lived in is a loft. newly decorate. everything is pretty new. firm and comfortable bed. it is not a four star hotel but def the best bnb I have ever lived in. the roof garden has a great view of the city and seems open all the time. a good variety of breakfast options including fresh fruits, comparable to a €250~ hotel I stayed in Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Located close to train station and in old town, so it is very convenient for you to go for a day trip to pompei and walk around the historic area. the only down side is that the old town is on the shabby side, although I didn't have any problem with walking around in the evening.

If you MUST stay in Naples near the train station, then I would recommend this place. It's pretty clean, and the owner/staff are friendly. A simple breakfast of pre-packaged toast, chocolate crossant, and coffee is provided in your room. This is a no frills type of place. Great price if you're on a budget. However, the reason I wouldn not recommend it is because I would not recommend anyone to stay in Naples especially near the train station. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been to (I travel all over the world). My fiance and I both got bronchitis from the bad air. And the area around the train station is NOT safe. It's full of sketchy characters. I felt uncomfortable stepping outside to go places every day. I couldn't wait to get out of Naples. We were there to visit Pompeii. But now I know, I should've stayed in Sorrento instead.

"Great quality hotel - close to main rail station."
My wife and I had been up at 5AM to catch the train from Rome to Naples so that we could go to spend the day visiting Pompeii. After a full day of walking around Pompeii, we returned to Naples main train station and walked to the hotel (5 minutes walk). Feeling hot and very tired we were dubious about the town centre and the streets surrounding the hotel, but when we arrived at the hotel we were delighted to find a spacious, cool and airy reception area with a smiling receptionist to greet us.
We checked in and went to a very well appointed room with air conditioning and a large screen tv. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and had all the comforts and conveniences you could hope for in your own bathroom at home.

We arrived late in Naples, as our flight was delayed. We were delighted to find that this hotel was so near to the airport bus drop off. The hotel staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. The room was basic but clean. The bedding, was fresh and clean, just a cover and a crisp cotton sheet. To our surprise there was air conditioning, which we did not expect in a budget hotel. The area was not noisy, and we slept very well. The price included a hot drink and a pastry for breakfast, which was brought to our room. Overall excellent value for money, very friendly staff, a good experience. Would recommend for travellers on a budget, or just like us a stopover on route to our destination. We would stay here again to see more of Naples in the future.
