This hotel is clean, pleasant and attractively decorated. The heating and a/c worked as well as the plumbing and lighting. No complaints. We received a warm welcome and a thank you for choosing their hotel. Also, the breakfast room is very clean and well-stocked. I would definitely go back.

“Business Stay”

This was a business stay and access to internet and restaurants was a must. The room was clean, and the was staff courteous. Free internet access and a great restaurant close by make this an easy choice for our next business travel in the area.

“Home Away From Home”

I spent four enjoyable days at the Comfort Inn Trolley Square. Overall I found the staff to be very professional and customer-oriented. I was particularly impressed by the staff who handled the morning breakfast. They were friendly and passionate about their work. The area was spotless even though my fellow guests weren't always cleaning up after themselves. I found the Inn very convenient. There were plenty of dining option nearby.

“Great value & comfortable”

The hotel was professional, comfortable, and located close to many restaurants and shops. I slept well and really enjoyed the hot tub. Only complaints - the bathroom was kinda tiny and the indoor pool didn't seem to be heated while we were there.

“Comfort Inn”

I found the hotel to be very nice. I understand it had a recent renovation and it looked nice. The bathroom faucet was very tight to use and seemed like it was broken. The pillows on the bed were very featherlike, almost too much. Even doubled up my head was only 4 inches off the matress. I tried to call for a wakeup call and the front desk never answered after 10-15 rings. I used the alarm clock, but it was set incorrectly and i had to figure that out. The A/C unit could use some updating. The breakfast was good, but the room always stayed smoke filled from burnt toast/bagels/pancakes. The seating was very limited for the breakfast also. There was little parking after dark and i had to use parking in the business next door.

I was completely satisfied with the service, the cleanliness, and the accomodations. The breakfast was excxellent. The surrounding areas was a picture in Autumn colors. Could not ask for anything more.
