A condo, not an inn, with no service.Posted Oct 27, 2013
Cons: AC, lighting, tv
Location: Nothing , just a couple of restaurants, it was deserted
Just one persono when we arrived and she went away soon after our checking in, informing us that contrary to what the contract with Expedia said in Autumn they don' t make breakfast. For what we paid breakfast should have been included. The rroms were ok, but there was a terribly loud air conditioning.

Room had spider webs in corner, although they advertised continental breakfast, i found it was ONLY offered in the winter months. Ack !!! No fridge or microwave in room, really could have used that. Parking lot needs to be repaired, there are dips, divots and holes.. Not fun.

DisappointedPosted Aug 3, 2013
The advertisement mentioned complimentary breakfast. The desk is only open from 8;00 am to 6:00 pm. Envelopes for late arrivals were on a bulletin board just inside the front door of the main building. A wall phone was next to the bulletin board with instructions. After having identified yourself you were told which envelope to take which contained 2 magnetic room keys,a map and a sheet explaining the basics of the facility. The sheet stated that no breakfast would be available in the summer season. (No mention of that when booking online. The room was clean, mattresses were soft. The curved shower rail was mounted 72" above the floor, which placed the mesh across the top of shower curtain below shoulder height. My wife commented that the water rebounding from my body was spraying through the mesh causing a wet floor . The single-handle faucet was mounted off center, closer to the open side of the tub which made it impossible to get a good seal between the shower curtain and wall. Tub had a Jacuzzi system and four sturdy grab bars on the walls, but I would have preferred a refrigerator to the Jacuzzi. Doors were wide with no threshold and an elevated toilet with grab bar. The suite next to our room was much more commodious.

NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCEPosted Jul 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
The description of our reserved room was totally different to the room allocated. Yes it had 2 double beds and private facilities, however there was no complimentary breakfast AS ADVERTISED (not available during summer months, apparently) and the room did not open to a balcony or patio. The staff member was rude and arrogant when asked why the room description compared to the actual room differed so much, only saying "it is not my problem and that you will have to take it up with Hotels.###". There was no apology made nor problem-solving involved, only rudeness and utter contempt for our complaint. STAY AT YOUR OWN PERIL!

Good basic lodgingPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
This is a solid GOOD property. Seems like these are condo-style units where rooms are owned by someone; rented by the real estate company. Office / front desk is closed a couple days a week. Desk services adequate but don't be looking for a concierge. Nice menu of room configurations. Quite clean and adequately roomy.

Lousy mattressPosted Jul 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
The room itself was very nice. The bed, however, had some kind of mattress topper on it that I think was to camouflage a saggy mattress. We were so uncomfortable that I cancelled our second night.
