“2 star hotel with many pluses.”

All as expected for 2 star hotel. Friendly staff, clean place, fresh linens. No fuss. Very cozy fireplace room and excellent outside hot pool. They do not bother much with breakfast (dougnuts with several sorts of cofee) because there are several good family restaurants walking distance away. We've met several families that come there for several years. That means something.

“Lodge Review”

The staff was very friendly, rooms and pool area were clean. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

“Swimming under the stars!!!”

Ski lodge on top of Mt. Killington, Vermont. Conveniently close to facilities or the city of Rutland!

“Perfect for what we needed”

This is a great location - if you want to be on the mountain, with friendly staff, fun amenities and reasonable prices for a clean room, this is perfect. The pool is fabulous, even in the hot May sun! The mattresses were in serious need of replacing, and the noise from the hallway carried through the closed door into the room. The restaurant was closed for the summer. This could be a fun ski lodge in the winter and was perfect for our needs for a long weekend in Killington in the summer.

“Swim outside year round”

This was our second stay at the hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The kids loved being able to swim outside even though it was in the low 40's and after a swim there is nothing like a nice sauna. Both my boys are already asking when we can go back again. They want to swaimoutside in the snow.

“On Killington Road minutes from the slopes”

Comfortable place between Killington and Pico, walking distance to restaurants, along bus line as well. Includes bar/restaurant in hotel, as well as heated outdoor poor (even in ski season!) and exercise facility.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, very helpful. Heated pool after skiing heaven!

“Complimentary "shuttle" NOT”

Hotel staff was very helpful, Hotel was clean; however the "Complimentary Shuttle" was actually just the city bus with a very limited hourly schedule. Not a dedicated hotel shuttle as I was led to believe. I would recommend renting a car for getting around Killington and to the slopes, or stay closer to the mountain resort. My room was on the top floor and had to walk up a flight of stairs with my ski gear. Elevator did not service my level. Certainly not the best experience I've had. For being a resort town it has very poor public transportation.

“Overpriced.”

Hotel was clean, but the decoration was awful. Especially the star sign themed hotel bar was totally 70s. Only plus: outdoor heated pool.
