The staff was very accommodating and friendly, the breakfast buffet was much better than most hotel breakfast and the swimming pool was also great, very well maintained.

Staff were great and the breakfast was great. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only downside was the 6 un supervised and incredibly loud kids in the pool.

It was OK
It was an OK experience but definitely did not exceed expectations like other stays at other Best Western hotels. It was clean. The beds were OK. The breakfast was OK. The service was OK.

Room smelled funky - seemed dogs were in there. Sheets were dirty. Breakfast was , I don't even know who sells such poor quality food. Hate leaving a negative review, but won't be staying here again.

Great stay!
Our stay was comfortable and quiet for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids). Bed was comfy, good shower pressure, clean room. I was surprised by how many amenities there were including a coffee/espresso machine and brewed coffee for any time of the day. They also had one of the best breakfasts for a small hotel- Standard breakfast, but with Waffle maker and made to order omelette. And the service was excellent! My family was just driving through but the hotel was perfect for our short stay. Wasn’t able to try the pool or hot tub.

This Best Western was great! The whole family was happy. The bed was comfortable,the room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were nice as well. There was a hot beverage maker with espresso, lattes, and hot chocolate that was very convenient. The breakfast was good and there were plenty of options. The employees were friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

Great!
We stayed in a room with 2 queens and a pull-out couch bed. The couch bed was in a separate room with a pocket door and was a perfect option for our 2 children to sleep in their own room. The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, the breakfast was well above average with made to order omlettes and hot food options like sausage and scrambled eggs.

Best hotel staff in Washington!!!
I was in bad shape physically When I arrived and the staff did their best to help. They carried my bags down to a new room and my dogs down to the car when the elevator broke down. They went above and beyond the call and I will gladly stay there again and again!!!

Thank you to the entire team at BW Chehalis!
I’m so glad that our little family of three chose to stay here for the four days that we were attending a Christian Heritage conference nearby. Our toddler enjoyed swimming in the pool. Breakfast was tasty with a great omelette station, apples, yogurt etc. In-room fridge kept our toddler’s milk cold and his ice packs frozen. Good air conditioning/fan. We especially want to commend Melissa at front desk as well, who was so kind and went above and beyond in attending to our toddler’s specific needs!

The room was fine. Nothing special. Bed was comfortable. There is a RV parking area adjacent to the hotel and the lights at night are very bright. The blinds did not fully block the light. If you like it dark in your room be careful what side of the building they place you on.

The staff was great, the included breakfast was great and the staff in the dining room. Our room was spacious and clean. My complaint is the crazy price to stay in this hotel for one night.. Total prices was $331 for one night in a town that surely isnt a destination place. It is ridiculous. Very disappointed in that.
