“Good quality, great price”
The motel is an older one, but surprisingly well kept. The room was clean, & hot water plenty. The bed was comfortable, although I could here the upstairs guest walking around. The people were friendly, and allowed us to continue drying our clothes after the guest laundry was supposed to close. (The dryer didn't work well, and it took twice as long to dry). Overall, it was conveniently located and a great price. I would definitely consider staying here again.
“Convenient Spot”
Nice hotel and stay for the price. The only drawback is the freeway is right out front and the noise can be loud at times.
“Very good for the price”
Although the room was on the small side, it was very clean and comfortable. Coffee was available at all times, and the breakfast did have a protien. Beds and linens were on the "older" side, but again clean. All in all, good for the price.
“Comfortable night's sleep”
We arrived in late evening; welcomed by staff. Our room was clean & orderly. The pool was not open, as it was seasonal. The hotel property is relately close to I-5 and we could hear the traffic, as our window faced the freeway. The shower had a decent supply of hot water. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. There was a continental breakast served in the morning. Coffee & tea was available in the hallway.
“The Recommended Hotel that Shouldn't be!”
Service was extremely slow, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the hotel staff to get back to the front desk and check us in. There are a million signs about what guests can't do, etc. When the clerk finally returned, I felt like I was going through airport security, rather than hotel check-in. To make things worse, it had rained during check-in, and returning with our bags, I slipped and fell on the floor in the hotel lobby. The clerk looked at me like how could I be so clumsy, rather than showing any concern that I could have gotten hurt (thankfully I wasn't). The only salvation about the hotel was that it was clean, and the price was very low. I wouldn't stay again, nor advise anyone stay, given the lax staff, and their very uncaring attitude. The beds were very hard, as though the mattresses needed to be replaced. Both of us didn't get much sleep that night, and after a very meager 'continental breakfast' (coffee, toast, and some unknown juice), we decided to leave and continue our journey. Topping everything off was the staff's very unusual dress and manners (gothic and total indifference), and the fact that the hotel looked like they were squeezing every penny until Lincoln cried out. I travel extensively, and was expecting a pleasant little hotel with a caring staff. The hotel was clean, with little else to recommend it. I found it extremely strange that it was an Expedia recommended property. They must have paid big money to have gotten that placement!!!
“Great location-Great Price”
On our recent trip up to Seattle we stayed one night at this hotel. It was clean and the management was very nice. There is a pool and a hot tube, which my kids loved. The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is right next to Hwy 5 and right down the street from the Factory Stores. We had fun shopping and then went back to the hotel for a swim. There are fast food restaurants close by and convenient stores within walking distance. Good stay-good price.
“Had lots of fun”
The staff there were very freindly and happy to help out with what ever we needed. They did a room change for us so we could have a coneting room with the others we were with. The hotel is close to a lot of restarants and stores. We would go back any time.As a mater of fact we will go back for next years fair.
“Not a good stay”
We've stayed here in the past and didn't have a problem. This time, the front desk ladies were rude and angry. The room was tiny, the bed was stiff, the pillows had NO support and there needed to be twice as many just to hold your head up. We woke up sore, unrested and checked out early. We went a couple miles down I5 to the Holiday Inn Express in Chehalis and it was AWESOME! Avoid the Ferryman's Inn.
